This is one of those “Mothers of the Year” nominees – Danielle Payne. If you don’t remember her, she is one who gave birth, put her newborn in a plastic bag and placed it in the trunk of her car. She pled guilty to manslaughter and today was sentenced to 5 years to 15 years in prison. In my opinion, not enough time, but I think that is all you can get for manslaughter. (It was a plea bargain I believe) I hope she thinks about the baby she threw away every single day she is there and for the rest of her life. She will get out of prison, so I hope she is able to become a better person, somehow. Personally, I am not optimistic, as anyone who throws away a newborn baby does not care about human life.

Maybe if they would give women more time for killing their babies we wouldn’t hear about these things so often. Why are newborns expendable? I just don’t get it. RIP little baby.

I don’t understand why such a person doesn’t have the sense to get an abortion early in the pregnancy. Clearly they don’t want the baby. Why would they carry the pregnancy to term? Depraved indifference at the least.

MAYBE if they took out these women’s factory’s they couldn’t keep abusing or killing these children or babies. and I just don’t HOW any mom could do such a thing to their OWN. My stepdad and I had a little arguement over this because I said they always say “they are insane” He said “because Brandy something upstair isn’t right with them” and I said “I’m sorry I think thats a poor ass excuse, and he said”They have to be completely nuts to kill” And this arguement just went on and on. Cause I’m sorry , I just DON’T AGREE! I think it’s a sorry excuse to get off easy. Maybe I’m wrong but that’s just how I feel. Look at how many mother’s are harming their kids? They are all INSANE?? Nah! Not in my book. I have four children and i’m a normally mom as any normally mom, All kids will push your buttons and you will get frustrated. BUT I do NOT hit, beat or anything like to my kids. Time out works great. Read the book 123 magic, Its a wonderful book. Helped alot. Just gotta find what works for you and the child. NOT BEATINGS. jeesh. sorry for the long story lol.
