Orville Warren was convicted of mutilating a body and spent 1 year in prison. He admitted to chopping her head off but denied the murder. I believe there was no evidence to convict either Orville or Gladys of murder. However, Orville was later charged with the murder of Ben John Cash, who was found buried under their home.
