Robert Diltz Jr. murder 3/27/2010 Newaygo County, MI Body found in wooded area near White Cloud; 2 people arrested

The names of those arrested have not been released yet, but will be after their arraignment. As soon as I find them, I will post them.

Florida - Jarred Harrell was given 6 life sentences for the murder of 7-year-old Somer Thompson (and other crimes, including child port).

Missouri - Alyssa Bustamante was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility for parole for the murder of 9-year-old Elizabeth Olten.

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
