This is horrific. Makes you realize again that whenever you are out and about you have to be vigilant and watch out for people. Yes, it borders on living in paranoia, but that’s how it is today. If she had been licensed to carry a pistol, she could have used it on that man when she saw him coming toward her and her baby with a freaking ax! Her and her baby could still be alive if she had been able to pop this creep point blank in the street…end of story. Or at the very least a Taser, or some other kind of self defense may have given her the advantage they needed to survive.
