Some unanswered questions here that will surely come out as this case goes on. One thing is for sure though…even IF these folks didn’t intend to shoot this kid, they were careless with a firearm..and therefore stupid.
If they actually meant to shoot this kid, I hope they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of California’s law.

I believe it was intentional. They were not playing around. The child was aimed at. And there is NO REASON for it.

What? Did you not even read the articles? This is not a hit man situation. It was irresponsibility and callousness. A real hit man would not target a child.

i think it was an accident, both of them seem like foolish guys who chose a wrong day to shoot their gun. all that hit man nonsense and intentional stuff is just absurd. why would they kill a 6 yr old boy? what did the boy steal their candy or something? LoL

It may have been, however, they were extremely irresponsible in just randomly shooting like they did. They have to man up and take the consequences.
