Wish there had been the stiff sentence when this idiot was first put away in prison. And to think he shot an old man who was just getting some dadgum chicken for him and his wife on Christmas Eve. Guess this was this idiot’s way of wishing someone a merry Christmas. man.

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
