Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway says Ronald Peed Jr., 32, of Foster, was indicted Thursday on 67 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and 417 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, all felonies.
I am surprised that the charges are not federal, especially with the amount of charges. If found guilty, I hope he gets a lot of prison time, if not life. Yes, maybe he is sick and needs help, HOWEVER, he is old enough to know that it is wrong and illegal. He is not a child himself. He deserves life in prison, in my opinion. What makes me sick is knowing that there are people out there that will say this is a victimless crime and no one got hurt and he should not go to prison for it. But these pictures that he was also distributing were of children performing sex acts, not naked children taking a bath. Children are NOT sexual beings or sexual objects. Period. Perverts, leave the children alone. Pick on someone your own age.
