My theory for finding the victim,It is a crime scene close to a past investigation.The officer who plotted to kill his wife was probably looking for a place to the hide body. The victim may be in an area used by another crime.I would check his whereabouts for the last year or so.He may have found a good place to hide the body before he plotted her demise.

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
