Misty Lamoraux murder 8/23/2009 Cedar City, UT Husband, Tristan Lamoreaux, being questioned for her shooting death

Misty’s husband, Tristan, was taken into custody and is n the Iron County jail, but not on murder charges. It has not been said yet if they are charging him with murder, but my gut says they will, from what witnesses said.

Missouri - Alyssa Bustamante was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility for parole for the murder of 9-year-old Elizabeth Olten.

Recent Convictions/Sentences Overturned
TN - Lemaricus Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Vanessa Coleman have all been granted new trials due to Judge Richard Baumgartner's drug addiction and the crimes that went along with it. They will all be in court January 12 for a Motion Hearing.

FL Randy Chaviano had his murder conviction overturned due to the trial transcripts being erased by the court stenographer. No trial date has been set yet.
