IN NYC you are GUILTY UNITL PROVEN INNOCENT and in this case the TRUTH shall set Joseph free and slowly but surely the truth is starting to unfold. It is sad because what you read in the paper or hear on the news is not always truthful. The media is a business and there business is to make money by writing interesting stories and catching the viewers attention they don’t care how many lies they tell or whom they hurt along the way As one-person misery is another person’s gain, it’s a sad world we live in but regardless in reference to Joseph he is innocent and its really sad because he will spend a year or two in jail for a crime he did not commit. The wheels of justice are slow moving and he is caught up in the process and for an innocent person it seems like forever and a day. Day in and Day out people make mistakes Cops and detectives are no exception however they will never admit when they are wrong or made a mistake they will try to cover it up or make it fit because they don’t want to seem foolish or admit when there wrong. However when the pieces of the puzzle don’t fit no matter how hard you try or how many different ways you attempt at the end of the day it just don’t make the cut. I wish I could share all the evidence that came to light that helps prove his innocent and would certainly change people’s opinion about him but sooner or later the whole world will understand what I am talking about but until then my prayers, love and support are with him every step of the way.

You went on and on but never explained one thing about this case specifically. How is Joseph innocent? Since when does DNA lie? His DNA was found under her fingernails. There is no reasonable explanation for his DNA to be anywhere on her body.

First of all don’t believe everything that you read Joseph is not an elevator operator and certainty isn’t a killer or some type of crazy animal. There is no way shape or form that Joseph committed this crime and I will spend every day of my life fighting to prove his innocence…. I am sick & tired of being told not to say anything because I think not speaking or saying something made it ten times worse and seem as if they are hiding something…but being they were never in a situation like this they listened and did as they were told to do. Neither one of them said a word but somehow they stated Lisamarie was cursing at all of them, which is a bunch of bull Anyway…. DNA doesn’t lie but COPS DO and especially when they followed him around like that… which was seriously a waste of time & money it was nothing but a show because why do you need five cars and 12 detectives following one man who happens to be a serve asthmatic and have metal rods, nuts & blots in his ankle. What is he going to do out run them? Not to mention when he was walking 5 detectives would follow him on foot and the rest by car. Then the dramatic arrest with 9 guns drawn on a main road where they were stopped at a light with no place to go as they had cars in front of them in back of them and on the side of them and posed no threat or gave them any reason to act that way. It was all for TV it was all an act to assure the public yeah we got him we got the bad guy and meanwhile they haven’t got a clue……….So after all that BS they aren’t just going to open the door and say Joseph we are sorry we made a mistake you are free to go… Not a SHOT they are going to try and do everything possible to make the charges stick… When they took Josephs friends car (Lisamarie) they said they found a key piece of evidence…. LOL Good Luck with that
They took her running shoes and her cellphone…. but before taking it out of the car the detectives gave them an option and it was they can take it out with the cameras rolling or they can tow her car to the police impound and do it in private…They both said with no hesitation do it with the cameras rolling as we have nothing to hide and she stated there is nothing in that car that you cant have and proceed to say you want my underwear take it my shoes take it you want my bath suites take them I don’t care…. they didn’t have a care in the world and that didn’t sit to well with the detectives and cops it actually made them angry and frustrated. That the cops decided it was best to tow the car because it would take longer for her to get it back.
But anyway there was a DOT Worker that was stalking her, he actually exposed himself to her she complained and filed a report and eventually he got fired. He was let go about three weeks before her death. She was responsible for the floors that the pervert worked on. She did not resign because she was afraid…She was being let go, as the floors she cleaned were now vacant. However your brother is working the same shift as you and your brother is working security in the lobby and you don’t tell ur brother that some jerkoff is bothering you? Right after the DOT worker got fired her brothers shift was switched from nights to days…why is that???? Not to mention her brother was selling drugs out of the building…
The floor she was found on didn’t need a key or wasn’t locked when the elevator door opened the room was completely gutted it makes me wonder why they took so long to find her body doesn’t really make any sense. The Building was only 26 floor and only had 5 vacent floors the rest of the building is occupied by companies, people working how could something like that happen on a floor that is occupied and no one hear or see anything. The first place you would have looked is an empty floor after searching rooms and closets they put a big BLACK X on the door or room, which indicated they all ready, searched that area and space. The cops left the building for a over a day and a half left to search a landfill in PA and what better place to put someone than a spot that was already searched and looked at? They have fingerprints, footprints, hair and fibers that AREN’T AND DO NOT MATCH Joseph Pabon. They have a DNA Report that is over a 1,000 pages and is yet to be seen DNA don’t lie and hopefully will tell the truth and the truth will set him free …and As for his DNA when he was in the percient he gave them two buccal swabs…then ten days later he is a minor contributor to a mixture of dna under one fingernail – come on you cant be serious – All his clothes were tested – with negative results – if she supposal scratched him and he supposedly had a three finger scratch why is it only one finger and they pinky at that? And why won’t it be found under three or more fingers. DNA can be Transferred in small amounts and do u know how easy it is to transfer DNA from a buccal swab to a fingernail takes less than 2 seconds…… most of all asked yourself why why would Joseph want to kill her He worked there for 7 years and never had a problem or never had someone complain about him please NYPD get a clue

Exactly how are you related to Joseph? Wife? Sister? Daughter? Since it appears that you are implying that the police have fabricated evidence against Joseph, please show your evidence to prove that they have done this. And not in the rambling way you did above. That is hard to follow.
And just so you know, some of the practices you are complaining about (dramatic arrest, etc.) are routine and have been for years in many cities across the US. Not just NYC and not just for Joseph.
About the DNA evidence, you contradict yourself. First you say no one has seen the report, then you say the report says he is only a minor contributor. Which is it? And why is his DNA on her, even as a minor contributor? That is still substantial, by the way. If you don’t believe that, watch a trial with DNA in it (like the Vanessa Coleman trial I have been watching). In my opinion, if I were a juror and heard that, I would have doubts of his innocence. If he did not know her, his DNA should not be on her in any fashion.
Maybe he is innocent, maybe not. I do not know. And neither do you unless you were actually there when she was murdered. And just because he worked there for a long time with no problems means absolutely nothing and makes me laugh. Many people who have killed have worked at a job for longer but still murdered. What does the length of time he worked there mean at all?
(If Joseph’s lawyers told you not to say anything, there was a reason for it. Your statements can be used against you and him, even statements here. You do not have any expectation of privacy here.

From what I have found, Joseph has pled not guilty (this is normal and procedural) but he has not yet gone to trial. So, he has not been sentenced to jail or prison yet. However, he is still incarcerated, awaiting trial:

Any knews on Joseph as of yet? I have been searching for information but have found nothing. I was Joseph’s former tenant. Please let me if he was found guilty or innocent. I still do not believe that Joseph could have murdered that woman.

I do not know the status of his case at this time. However, many high profile or complicated cases take this long to come to trial. Usually it would be at the request of the defense, as the prosecution in most states do not have that privilege due to “speedy trial” . That being said, Pabon is not in prison and won’t be until he is convicted, if he is. He is in jail at this time without bail. Jail and prison are completely different. Jail is where you are held while awaiting disposition of a case against you. Sometimes you get sentenced to jail time, which is usually under 1 year. Prison is where most who are convicted go that are sentenced to incarceration.
An example: Casey Anthony has been in jail for 3 years now and is now on trial. It happens. The defense sometimes needs extra time and the court usually grants that. The defendant should have every opportunity to have a fair trial.

After two years of patiently waiting Josephs trial is suppose to happen before the end of the year and we are looking at late september I am hoping and praying that this trial date sticks as he already had 9 diffrent trial dates set so far only to have each of them postponed

I was just wondering if there is anything new going on. It is my understanding that Joseph Pabon’s court date is imminent. I have read all the posts above, and while I do not agree enirely with the person who is obviously related to Mr. Pabon, I can agree that the media is not always correct in its reporting. For instance, Mr. Pabon was not an exclusively an elevator operator for the building, nor was he ever married to Nina (his ex). But with that said, I totally disagree with her posts regarding his inability to run away secondary to his being a “severe asthmatic” and having limited mobility because of prior surgery to his ankle.
Let the process prove him guilty or not. I just would like to know when the trial is going to be, and how to monitor the goings on other than through the media, which definitely has it’s share of inaccuracies.
