I don’t understand why women of today are leaving their children with their boyfriends. You are ASKING FOR IT! Stop being so fucking stupid. I wouldn’t leave my daughter with her BIOLOGICAL father, let alone a mere boyfriend. You just can’t trust anyone with your children nowadays, especially little girls. The females in our family are NOT left alone with males, whether they be uncles, cousins, OR FATHERS. They can’t sit on their laps, uncle or not. It doesn’t happen in our family. Why? Because you NEVER know what even your OWN brother could be capable of. Everytime a little girl is left with a male adult, whether it be dad or not, there is a CHANCE of molestation. Hell, even WOMEN rape and kill children these days. Wake the hell up, women, and stop leaving your children with your boyfriends. Just because he has a 3yr old daughter doesn’t mean he can be trusted around yours! And while were on THAT subject, how do you know he didn’t molest her??

In response to the following your right you neaver now when a male or female will strike a child but your r setting your child up for some serious issues by telling them they cant sit or be alone with a male. You teaching your daugter to be afraid of men instead of teaching them what to do in a situation like this. No mom asks for this to happen and you cant tell me tat your daughter has neaver been left with her gradfather. You need to wake up and get help for your self.

@ Shauncey – that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my entire life – in fact, I think you should win some sort of award for that comment. Not every male is evil, and to raise a child thinking that every male she encounters might harm her is going to destroy her mentally – in fact, you could call it a form of abuse. My father was a wonderful man, and helped shape me into the woman I am today. I am strong and can take care of myself and I know how to conduct myself in front of others, including the opposite sex, and that’s largely due to the safe, caring, conscientious environment in which I was raised, by my mother AND father. Young girls learn how to interact and deal with males through their fathers, uncles, brothers; by denying your daughter the ability to learn how to deal with the opposite sex you’re already setting her up as a lifelong victim.
You need serious help, and I hope you get it.

I do believe a child needs interaction with men and females, however, I believe women need to be careful of who her child is interacting with. I was a mother at the age of 16 (I am now 40) and I was always paranoid about who was around my children. Mothers need to be. It seems to me, many young women nowadays aren’t too careful about who is around their children and what is being done around their children. My daughter is the same age as Chris Mundell. I bestowed my values and beliefs in her and I thank god for that. If she plans on drinking, she has me or the other grandparent take her child for the night. Parents have to be responsible, if they can’t or choose not to then they should not be parents. So, yes, I believe the mother should hold some responsibility of what happened. Chris has a violent background and is a partier, who would leave their kid with him? Not a responsible parent.

this is something that would never have been expected from him. he seriously must have just snapped. being that high and fucked up on god only knows what… i dont believe in the death penalty but i sure as hell hope he gets life in prison…. if he makes it that far. hes already tried to commit suicide three times since being arrested. pray for Ari!!!

Sad poor little girl, I can’t see how the mother didn’t harm this waste of oxygen called Christopher. I don’t care how high or drunk he was, That doesn’t minimize his crime, a little angel will carry the scars (physically and mentally) for life…. What bad way for the mom to wise up and be more careful on who she let take care of her baby…..sad, sad.

It’s a sad world we’re living in that we can’t trust anyone with our children. But I always feel better safe than sorry. Even in this age of kidnappings and child abuse, I’ve been called overprotective when I don’t allow my child to be alone at a friend’s house.

I never said a female child shouldn’t interact with the males in the family. I wouldn’t TELL my daughter (if I had one. I have a son) that she couldn’t be around males. My actions would speak louder than words. I have wonderful memories of my uncles and boy cousins, and no I’ve never been molested. What I meant is me personally, I would not leave my female child with a male, especially if they cannot speak to tell mommy if anything is wrong. Ok, I may have taken it a little too far stating I wouldn’t leave her with her father, I’ll take the heat for that. But me personally, when it comes to MY kid, especially my baby girl, she wouldn’t be left with ANYONE but either my mother or one of my sisters. Call me crazy if you want, but I’d rather be safe than sorry. So spring chicken, I can relate to what your saying.

There are too many creapy people in this world. mothers need to keep a closer watch on their kids instead of running around with their hormones raging trying to find a new mate. A child is most likely to be mollested by somebody known by the family. MOTHERS, dont leave your children to be looked after by your ‘BOYFRIENDS’. If you cant look after your own kids….dont have any!!!!

Unfortunately, some mothers have to work. With what you said, they can either work, or stay home with their children (which means welfare unless they are independantly wealthy). So your last statement is actually very offensive to many single mothers, such as I was. I could not watch my child and be at work. But I would never have left my angel with someone I did not completely trust. She usually stayed with her father or my parents. But your statement rules even them out. I hope that is not what you meant.

I’ve known Chris my whole life and I would have never thought that he was capable of doing something like this….in fact I dated him and seen him interact with his own daughter. Being drunk and totally beligerant from multiple drugs is by NO means ANY excuse….what he did was a very heiness crime and he deserves to pay for what hes done, but when it is someone you have love for and have known your whole life theres that 1% of disbelief and sadness for them. My heart goes out to that little girl…god bless her…but it also goes out to Chris because I know deep down inside that if he wasn’t so F#@ked up on drugs there is NO way he would have done something like this.

I am the grandmother of Chris’s daughter and I wanted people to know that we have had her check out and she was not molested and she is fine She does not see or talk to Chris and his parental rights have been termanated.and as far as Chris I hope he rots in jail and has a very large and angry cellmate

you people are pathetic…. chris did not do this. those of you who know him should know this. he loves his daughter with his whole heart… its not the first time that something has supposedly happend to megans little girl either… so maybe she should start using her head and worrying about her little girl instead of who the next guy she can sleep with to feed her drug habit is. you all have so much hate based on what…. something you heard on the news?? haha. yeah theyve never had things wrong before…. grow up… you wanna be mad fine… but how bout starting a blog for the mothers who have there children around partying and drugging and shit instead of in a safe environment….. i know chris is innocent. and will be there waiting for him the day he gets out…. and as far as donna goes…. you know that he loves his daughter more then life itself… and he would NEVER hurt her.

hey, I would just like to add something as i live in athol and have known this kid for a long time, Ive hung out with him a couple times and hes always been the type of person that wanted to kill people who do this kind of shit, I know alot of the facts in this case were shaky to keep certain people out of trouble. Not everything is exactly how it looks and as im not sticking up for him and what he did was horrible and his 13 year sentance that was issued the other day shows that he was guilty of something horrible.
