This little 9yr old girl was a tragic victim of gangs and drugs. The alleged shooter was only 19 yrs old.

December 26: 1996: Donald Wayne “Don” Tate, who owned the Flying T quarter-horse ranch in the Union Temple community of northeastern Greene, TN, was shot to death in the driveway on Tadpole Hollow Lane. James Emile Williams, 40, of 2060 Nelse Roberts Road, pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
