  1. Everyone listen: So basically what this slap on the wrist means that it’s ok to kill your newborn baby instead of telling your parents that your pregnant. It’s ok to murder your baby instead of getting a safe abortion. It’s better to murder your baby than give it up for adoption to a family that really wants one. And if you DO murder your baby, guarantee you’ll walk in 1-3 years. This is one of the most pathetic miscarriages of justice I’ve ever seen. Poor baby. They could’ve at least given her 10 years. I mean, she did MURDER a human.

  3. I agree. (except for the abortion part but that’s a whole other story) Anyway, I place blame on her parents as well. Are you telling me that her parents couldn’t tell she was pregnant? Other people like friends didn’t know? She didn’t have any signs? Kicking, moving, missed period, bulging belly then realize that she had sex and maybe she might be pregnant?? I can understand being scared but to discard the baby whether you thought it was dead or alive is so evil. I also feel that this is a strong case of parents not being involved in their child’s life enough. So sad.

    You get a “hell heah” on that one! I’m getting this poor-little-rich-girl vibe, but I could be wrong. One very good point you made….where the hell were her parents?? I mean, who doesn’t KNOW that their child is gonna deliver a baby any second?? Very very strange.

  6. 1-3 years for killing your baby, no matter what the story is, is unacceptable. This baby killer is getting off easy & I suspect it might be because she is young, attractive and white. The judicial system is failing here – she needs to do hard time. I cringe at the thought of her having more babies some day & what their fate might be.

  7. I wholeheartedly agree. I happen to know this person. No one will EVER CONVINCE me that a woman “didn’t know she was pregnant!” WHAT A CROCK OF SHIT! Everyone who has ever had a baby knows that the kid moves a LOT during a pregnancy. There was NO DOUBT WHATSOEVER that if the baby had been taken to a hospital, she would BE ALIVE TODAY. It was this bitches actions that KILLED HER BABY. This bullshit of 1-3 years really boils my blood. I bet if she were black and not the child of wealthy parents, the sentence would have been far more prison time. She lived in a suburb and had wealthy parents. I can’t help but wonder just WHO GOT PAID OFF in this case to make the sentence so lenient. I think she should have her uterus ripped out so she can never, ever have another child, and also, never be allowed to adopt, OR ever be NEAR infants. Her actions after the birth is what killed little “BayElla” as she calls her. That baby was born alive and would still be alive had she been taken to a hospital. What really fries me is that she could have dropped the baby at any police, or fire station anonymously within the first five days of birth. This is not a 14 year old kid that got into trouble. This is a grown woman who literally got away with MURDER.
    This case is one of the WORST miscarriages of justice I have ever seen.

  8. If you sexually molest a child, and you are convicted, you are BRANDED for life. How come when you MURDER a child, your not?? Makes no sense. This chick gets to walk away clean, and it IS because she’s white and her parents have money.

  9. actually, the girl isn’t attractive (IMO) and she came from a very “ghetto,” poor neighborhood with less than desirable friends. I just wanted to clarify that she does have trashy surroundings. I am by no means justifying what she did at all, I still agree with EVERYONE here that she is a disgusting murderer who deserved a sentence multiple times what she got. Just horrific what she’s capable of, I’m sure I’m one of many who just wish they could have found the poor little angel in time :(

  10. You Do not know this girl. I had the pleasure of knowing this young woman and she is a very wonderful person whop made a very bad decision. She will have to pay for her crime everyday for the rest of her life. No one knows what went through her mind at the time of incident and no one has the right to judge her that is for God at the time of our judgement. Focus more on how to help this kind of thing from happening again not on how you can ridicule her!!!

  11. I’m AliciaZebrun”s father, Andrew Zebrun III, and Baby Zebrun was murdered because my ex-wife, Donna Stack, gave them,my daughters Angela & Alicia the worst upbringing possible! When they were little Angela told me her step father, Billy Bob Stack, was sexually abusing them! I was mortified, I hired the best family law attorney in Buffalo, Catherine Venzon, and pursued a custody case to get my girls away from Billy Bob Stack. Sadly I lost, you can bet this never would have happened if Erie County had gotten it right! Baby Zebrun’s father is a man named Edward L. News III who went to prison after he got Alicia pregnant. The worst part about all this is that I planned a proper burial for Baby Zebrun in Holy Cross Cemetery near Father Nelson Baker, But Erie County got it wrong again, they allowed Alicia to sign control of the funerary arrangements over to Donna Stack who had her created. She was then placed on a mantle in the home where she was murdered! Then when Alicia Zebrun got out of prison in Albion, where Amy Fisher was, Alicia was allowed to attend the burial of Baby Zebrun! You think the Caylee Anthony case is heinous wait till the world learns Alicia did less than 2 years, then buried Baby Zebrun when she got out! This is against the law, but my lawyer, Paul Cambria, did not secure the funeral rights for me as he was paid to do! I was trying to make sure this never happened again but the media would not allow me to speak for Baby Zebrun and one of Alicia’s neighbors did the same thing shortly thereafter!
