Here is a link to a post I made on my personal blog today (which I have sadly been ignoring). I hope you will read this and become as enraged at their actions as I am. One thing to remember, being in jail does not make you less human, for the most part. Not everyone is a predator, violent offender or a danger to society. And this woman is none of those.

That is truly sick! No matter what this woman may have done in the past or why she was incarcerated her child was innocent and did not deserve that!!!!

They should have taken her to the hospital and sent a guard with her. The baby may have had a chance to live if she was given proper care .
NO woman should ever have to keep a stillborn in her for no period of time.
I hope she sues the county for it.

Thank you Bonnie. I was safe during the ice storms, only went without electric for 30 minutes but there are still about 150 without power going on 12 days now.
I have been here reading everyday, just haven’t commented.

Hi. I just found your blog while searching for more information on the murder of Tina Andrews in Mississippi in 1969 and thought I’d comment on this article. Ironically, we were just talking about this same subject… but instead about a family friend who had to carry her stillborn baby for months up until delivery. Apparently this is VERY common! When a baby dies before the due date many women have to carry the baby sometimes up to 4 more months until the body goes into labor. I know, seems horrific but it’s indeed true!

i hope she sues to i know woman that have been raped by gurds in jail county jail not prison the whole system is corupt the only way to get our point across is to go to war
