What the hell? How could someone actually do this? It is OBVIOUS that this is wrong, very wrong. Besides it being dangerous and a torture device, what about their emotional well-being? David Liskany used the cold bath routine and also the dog shock collar to discipline his children. Now, he is going to prison for 16 years. Maybe he should get the same punishments (and worse) when he screws up in prison. And since I believe he is a control freak, he will get into trouble. I hope they are ready with the shock collar for him.

How did he discipline his dogs? When we were kids, if my dad caght us kicking a dog, then he got all over our behinds, but, when we got in trouble for something else, the first thing he would do is jump up and kick us. And he always wore cowboy boots. That wasn’t too often.
