I have tried to learn to use Paint and such and I am just not good at it. Is there anyone that can help me? I have a photo that I tried to use Paint for and then got it developed into a print from Walgreens, and it did not turn out well. The eyes are so shadowed you don’t even see how blue the eyes are, which you can see on the computer. I am at a loss. If you can help me, let me know.
Thanks!

What exactly are you trying to with your photo in Paint?
I use Irfanview (free) for minor editing and Photoshop Elements for more extensive edits like lightening or darkening, red eyes, etc.

I have a picture I got off of the web of a friend and the lighting is terrible, especially around his eyes. It is so dark you cannot see how blue they are and I really want this brought out.

Hi,
You can email me the picture and I can try to fix the color for you. Today and tomorrow are my days off and I am home catching up on my computer anyway. I won’t promise you anything but I would give it my best shot to help you…

I am not sure paint can do it- you might try adding a little of the right color bluen to the eyes in photo or if you have any bare bones photo program they have things like correct light/dark and fix eyes for red-eye that should restore the color you want.
