Here is another installment of Psycho for Love. This time, it is about the loser Joseph Petcka, who has (in my opinion) no redeaming qualities. And Patty and Stanley agree! (they are my kitties!)

    Never heard of this guy either and I do not care who he is but he had better gt a lot of prison time over this one. I do not care how much money or who a person is there is no excuse at all to beat an animal like this. I sure hope a law is passed that as well as kids any abusive relationship can not have kids as well as animals. This guy is no better than what Vick has done either. I wonder what makes these people tick? I think these people like this needs to be thrown into a lyons den and oopppppppppps! what ever happens, happens.But some animal bigger than they are to see how it is like to be helpless. I hope he gets the book thrown at him.

    anyone who thinks that someone who has killed one cat deserves “a lot of prison time” is a complete moron. Animals are great, they do have feelings. But, THEY ARE JUST ANIMALS!!! They can’t s**t in the toilet, they can’t work, pay taxes, or hold public office. Therefore they do not deserve the same representations in our legal systems that humans do.

    Responding to Eric”s comment of Sept. 26. Eric you get real.You are the moron. Violence on any living thing is unexceptable. People who abuse animals wind up abusing humans. To protect ourselves from these sickos the law must be used to stop them before they turn their violence on us. If I had the sick mind that Petcka has I would fly out and kick him around. He needs prizon time to set an example.

    There is no question that violence against anything – people, animals, whatever should not be condoned. I’m a pet lover and have a dog.

    But come on America! Prison time for what he did? Are you kidding me? We have gone WAY beyond with misplaced priorities if that is what you’re saying. That’s part of why we’re in the state we’re in nowadays. Allow people to arbitrarily kill unborn, living babies, but thow someone in the slammer for killing a cat?

    You guys need to get a life.

    Killing a defenseless pet is inexcusable. As in Vick’s case, he was high-profile and was used to set an example – yet his punishment should have been tougher. Petka is the moron here – if he needs to beat & kill a small defenseless animal to make himself feel good, then prison time is the least of his worries. He needs to get a brain AND do the time. He showed pictues of a little scratch on his finger which is why he killed the cat. What happens if a baby throws up on him? Will he kick it to death too?
    The issue here is we have a violent, unstable person who needs mental counseling and consequences for his actions. This world is in touble because we have stopped making people face consequences for their actions. He obviously missed out on that lesson also. He too, needs to be used as an example and show the rest of this country that violence and abuse is not to be tolerated!

    If it was a child or woman that had beaten and killed there would be a complete uproar in society and his head would be on the guillotine but the victim was a tiny animal (a pet )which encountered this insane monsters cruel and evil mind and died in his presence……..cat, mouse ,dog or hamster … the point that some undeducated or uncompassionate people do not get AND do not understand even if they can pay their tax (wow SLOW clap for you ) IS that the INTENTION and the MALICE which is pyschologically disturbing …. THAT crazy human broke the cats tiny body bit by bit his palate (jaw) and most of his bones in a way which meant he would have had to throw and smash the cat against the wall SEVERAL TIMES for those types of injuries to happen and no way could a cat which has a delicate structure survive or hope to survive ..and it must of suffered immense pain…..You know what that is no ….can you imagine being smashed to death by a giant ?
    I hope I have painted a picture for the people who cannot understand it or just dont “get it “..personally these days I feel ashamed of associating myself with mankind and think animals have more grace and dignity yeah pigs included …these wonderful educated evolved species Human kind …. WE skin animals ALIVE in China and throw their bloodied bodies on the side and do not give a flying f.**.. if they are suffereing or not …..Are we as HUMANS really that evolved and is it such an achievment to pay tax and to a government that sends humans to kill more humans…lies cheats and lives in luxury while alot of the world starve and suffer…oh yes animals included ….by the way we are here to look AFTER the earth and inhabitants mankind seems to have disappeared up its own arse and has alot of evolving on the compassionate department….YES it makes me angry and yes I signed that petition and I hope he gets raped in jail until his bum splits.

    A human is just an animal with delusions of grandeur. For example you must think you are great calling others complete morons for expressing what they see as justice.

    Animal cruelty leads up to human cruelty. This is not conjecture, this is fact.

    Could you shit in a toilet before your parents taught you? Some people dont work, dont pay taxes and dont hold public office? Does that make them basically detritus? Should we ignore it if these people under your criteria are murdered?

    This is about a man killing an animal without cause or reason. If you want to bring your pro-life abortion issues please go to the proper forum. And I don’t think that your medical system “arbitrarily kills unborn babies”.
