Justice for Tiffany! The sentencing phase begins Sept. 8 and the State is going for the death penalty. Inman’s lawyer says that he wants the death penalty – that he wants to die for what he did. I smell a martyr syndrome here. But I want him to get the death penalty. But not because he “wants” it, but because it is justice.

Just one more example of rapist or child molester that has to actually kill someone to spend his life in prison. This man had already been convicted of rape (like many others) and had served whatever sentence he was given by our justice system. Then released back into the community free to rape and murder someone else’s child (like many others) When will the system change and keep people who commit these crimes locked up? Why do they continue to believe after being proven wrong time after time that these criminals will ever be rehabilitated or be able to enter back into the community without committing these terrible crimes again. Just think this guy only had to rape 4 women and kill one of them over a 20 year span for our system to consider giving him life or the death penalty. This worthless man should have been dead along time ago.

He wants to die. As much as he should be put down, I don’t he should get what he wants. He should be locked in an empty room for the rest of his life with no interaction with people. He’ll eventually go crazy and die.

I think he should go ahead and be killed. One less criminal to support. This is why our prisons are so overcrowded now. Very rarely do these people get rehabilitated and become productive members of society. In my opinion, we have homeless families, children not being fed, no available healthcare but yet we pay thousands of dollars to feed and give health care to these people. All crimes are unthinkable but murder, rape – those people need the death penalty.

He needs to be cremated while still alive and the victims family should have the option to set him alite.
