The only things is that if she is released, she can’t leave the County and must wear an electonic anklet bracelete (looks great in party photos and hot bod contests). Another interesting tidbit is this Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla. He is predicting that if she is released, this could all be settled within 5 days. But of course, he believes she has just “misplaced” her child. My opinion is that he believes in fairy tales as well. And wants the publicity, even though we know that Bounty Hunters are never out for fame and fortune. But he ran for California governor in hte 2003 governor campaign. He recieved 1155 votes. (OK, Gary Coleman received 12,690). And he is apparently an ex-con. (He “forgot” to pay his taxes for 2 years, so he was charged by the IRS). And Yes, he is currently running for Mayor of Sacramento. (apparently he is what is called a perennial candidate, as he runs as often as possible – probably believing that at some point he will get elected. Then he was sued by his OWN BROTHER, as Padilla was trying to push his little brother out of the 
bail bonds business. He has also been involved in stuff other than politics. Now, don’t forget his stunt with sex offender Timothy Lee Boggs. Another one I almost forgot was how he offered $20,000 to convicted serial killer Wesley Shermantine Jr., to tell where the bodies of 2 girls were (and completely offending the families of the victims). No, Padilla is as upstanding, low-key and down-to-earth as they come…
I hope that through all of this drama crap, these people remember that a 3 year old little girl is STILL MISSING. They seem to have lost this focus. Will Padilla and his people help in an actual search for Caylee? If released, will Casey lead them to Caylee, alive and safe? But you know, if Casey REALLY knows where Caylee is, why should people be searching? Surely any mother who loves their child would do so, wouldn’t they??

I can not wait to watch Nancy Grace tonight!!! The whole clothes thing that the bloggers found really makes me believe that Casey was up to no good! They also state that “the stuff that was found was a mile away from where the car was found”. That should tell the courts that something is wrong. Hell the mother and father of Casey probably could tell if those were their bags or not. I can not believe that idiot is going to bail her out of jail. Obviously the law has information on the case if they are not releasing information about the DNA. I think they know what happened to Caylee, they are just looking for the body to charge the mother with murder in the first degree.

SOMETHING JUST DOESNT ADD UP
Does anyone know where Casey Anthony’s boyfriend Tony was on 6/15 – 6/18? Why wasn’t he at the club with her? or was he? and
How do we know Tony didn’t steal the gas cans and drive off with Caylee to dump her somewhere? Or sell her? Maybe Casey is telling all that she knows, but not telling what she doesn’t know.
I think the grandparents are telling all they know, and are freaked out, and scared, and probably did think at first that the daughter did something… now they have hope that they are wrong, but don’t know what to believe, and are probably putting on a front on TV so that if Casey catches wind, she’ll think they believe in her.
It’s just all too weird. Even the fact that Casey’s ex, the father of Caylee, died in a freak car accident last year. It’s just all too weird.
In the end, I hope that maybe Caylee was just sold to Zenaida or whoever this Nanny, Babysitter is. And how is it that grandma has NO IDEA who the babysitter is? Has she never dropped her off there? And why would the kid need a babysitter if grandma and grandpa were home??? or even Tony?

I’ve wondered throughout this entire ordeal, whether or not this child was sold. Human trafficking is very much alive and REAL in this country.
I’ve been wondering the same thing about the DNA results, Christina. There must not be anything there for the authorities to work with (and therefore charge her with more serious crimes).
In a way, I think her getting bailed out will be a blessing. The media will go nuts, camping out at the Anthony’s house. If George and Cindy thought it was bad, just wait until their daughter shows up after her release.
One question I’ve got is- WILL Casey even stay with her parents? It seems they’ve been sufficiently alienated recently (all those cancelled jail visits)

At first I was upset that this guy is out for the publicity and even more upset that he’s getting Casey out of jail. Then I thought about it, and I now feel that letting her out just might be the medicine she needs. She has been tried and convicted in the court of public opinion, and her freedom will result in her sentence. She will have to watch her back every second, there’s lots of people who want her head on a silver platter. Her party and social life are gone for good, even if she gets off scott free. She is now and forever a social pariah. No one will associate with her. No one will hire her. No one will trust her. No one but the dregs of society will have anything to do with her. Fun, shopping, partying, friends, these that are her top most priorities are now lost forever. And she’ll lose her family too…although she might not care too much about that, they being on the bottom of her priority list. I suspect she’ll put herself out of her own misery before long. She doesn’t have the financial resources to ‘hunt’ for her daughter or her ‘kidnappers’ the way O.J. ‘hunts’ for Nicole’s killer on golf courses. Hmm…,maybe O.J. will be her new and only friend. And with friends like that, you might as well plan your funeral. Casey Anthony, think about O.J. and Lizzie Borden. Never proven they did it, but they sure paid the price the rest of their lives in the court of public opinion. I’d stay in jail in solitary if I was her. And if this bounty hunter thinks this will win him the wild card, he’s mistaken too.

Just a thought or two….
I dont think that Caylee died by accident in the pool. Nobody would go to the extent that Casey has to cover up something that was truly an accident. I think she died through Casey’s serious neglect of leaving her in the car while she partied. I believe that she has done this for years, hence the fact that she has spoken of Zenaida for years. Zenaidia was a name she made up years ago and had to stick with it.
As for the flurry of calls to both parents, work, cells and home. She wasn’t calling to ask for help or advice but to make sure the coast was clear for her to get into the house for whatever it was she needed to do to cover her tracks.
Her cell phone records will show us where she travelled to throughout the month, and the gas was stolen not to burn Caylees body but to get to a remote location to dump it with out having to leave a trail of gas purchased on a stolen credit card and video survielence.

by the way my theory is a little bit different, I think this “zanny” name was code for xanax. I think she for quite some time used this to drug her daughter, maybe leaving her in the car, while she went out and partied. She’s referred to this babysitter as Zanny the nanny on several occasions. I believe this time she OD’d her. But who knows, this case is most bizarre I must say. I hope justice finnally comes for little precious Caylee soon.

I am disgusted with the whole thing. There’s a poor baby, probably dead, I can’t say she is until we know. It’s too sad. It’s such a disgrace to see people like these with children in their homes. They are all crazy. Her mother said “she wouldn’t have done that, why put us through all this, it doesn’t make sense.” If making sense was what made Casey do anything none of this would have happened. Her life doesn’t make sense. I knew the mother raised this girl to be so disfuctional because she has ignored, made excuses and covered up through her whole disgusting life. But my patience with her was done and I think she is dillutional and I am completely offended when she told Nancy Grace “you keep showing these tabloid pictures of a girl doing what normal young girls do to have fun.” Hello! Is anyone totally offended at this stupid comment! That is NOT normal entertainment “for most girls.” It’s dispicable that this goes on when you are the mother of children who depend on you to be stable, caring. I completely agree with everyone about this horrific situation and Tess makes a very good point. Granted, this girl was young when she had Caylee, but what happened to “motherly instincts”? Did they never kick in? It’s an absolute shame the way her mother (Cindy) has defended her. She’s obviously not right either-it’s a very very dysfunctional family. I feel the saddest for the grandfather…he most likely has no idea what happened.

I have had few cases totally consume me like this one. I just cannot believe that this goes on. People just don’t believe she would do that. Does anyone remember Susan Dianna Downs, Susan Smith? They both cold-heartedly murdered their children because of their own selfish lusts and the desire for a man over their children. Two of Dianna Downs’s children survived. I wonder about them and how their lives are now. One was permantly paralyzed. To imagine the one person that you depend on to protect you above all to be the person you should trust the least. I cannot comprehend the lives of these children.
Everyone wants to believe there’s an explaination for all of this, but there is. Unadulterated sin and evil heart. She’s a psychopath and I would be afraid if I were anyone that new her. Disfuctional is an understatement. I believe the grandfather has an idea, he just doesn’t want to admit it. When things have gone wrong in my family I have hoped and wanted to come up with other reasons or “maybe it’s not as bad as it seems.” Nothing wrong with not immediately jumping to conclutions and thinking the worst. But there comes a time when you have to face reality, brother, sister, mom, dad, child, uncle. No matter who it is, you have to see what they’ve done and admit it. She got rid of her child the quickest way she could and they should focus on that, then and only then will they find Caylee. I would like to see them apologize to media, the public, anyone the offended such as statements “get off your butt and go find my granddaughter!” A “please” would be nice, especially since they are wasting everyone’s time when there’s one person that knows where Caylee is. Why doesn’t she say that to the person that knows exactly where she is. Granted she’s in jail, but she wasn’t when she first found out. She should not have believed there was a babysitter she never saw. She should have told the police then (and did when she told them somethings wrong the car smells like a dead body,) but then retracted and got back to her defending, lying and covering up for Casey. He’s a policeman (I heard “homicide detective?”, she’s a nurse???) Can anyone tell me that they are as stupid as they act? I don’t think so. They both know they just won’t face facts. People don’t know what the truth is. People don’t believe in the truth and cannot teach their children to be responsible for their actions. Obviously Casey never was. It also amazes me that Cindy explained away her comment about the car smelling like a dead body by saying that it really was a rotten pizza?! “There’s something wrong there’s a rotten pizza in the trunk?!” Really, she thinks all of America is stupid. I have been upset if something was wasted or can only imagine what a rotten pizza would do in my trunk, (I truly can’t imagine a rotten pizza in the trunk of my car) but if a nurse compares a dead body to a pizza she needs her license taken away. Sorry so long but here’s my opinion about it all:
I think that George & Cindy have been supporting and taking care of Casey all her adult life including always “wiping up all the messes Casey makes” for her. I think as Casey grew so did Cindy & George’s problems with Casey.
I think they have “disquised” their nutty daughter for years as being normal but it continued to get out of their control at this point and I think they gave Casey an ultimatum of get control and act like a mother or we will take you to court to get full custody of Caylee because they could no longer trust her. I believe when they confronted Casey that’s when she took Caylee and left the Anthony home.
I believe that out of the Anthony home, Caylee was just in Caseys way so she harmed her and had intentions of “blaming” Cindy & George for what happened to Caylee to get back at them and also to get mommy/daddy’s sympathy.
I think Caseys planned to do a big “guilt trip” on her parents and it backfired.
I think Cindy & George know more than they will ever say. I think Cindy knows what happened and they have told George part of the truth making George forced to help them in an “unaware” way. I think thats why he is mad all the time. George is caught in the middle. Casey and her mother are both crazy. Poor George is just roped in. I feel sorry for him.

I’ve been in the medical profession now for 15 yrs. and as a nurse Cindy knows the smell of death (as opposed to rotting pizza!) A person doesn’t have to be dead to smell of death. I’ve taken care of plenty of dying people and trust me the smell, although not as bad as a decomposing body probably, is unmistakable. You know it as soon as you walk in the room. she had a lightbulb moment when she said this, obviously without thinking. She just can’t wrap her head around the idea that her daughter, who she knows is a deranged mental case, could have gone so far as to kill Caylee. I believe she did it as revenge against her mother. It’s no accident, she’s a cold blooded murderer. It happened right after fathers day, I’m curious what really happened that day. Something set her off. Was Caylee starting to call Cindy Mom or something. There’s just so many possibilities in this case. Casey such a self centered sicko.

I agree with Kathy. Which makes me think that she didn’t “go on a vacation” like they said, she left, angry. There was a blow up and she left. And they probably threatened to take Caylee and she thought was going to make sure they didn’t.
Thank you, kristi, I am no nurse, but I have spent time with people that were dying. You know, and even if she wasn’t a nurse, I know that if someone stole my car and there was a dead body put in the trunk, I would have said “it smells like a dead body” if that is what it was. I don’t think there’s any mistaking what it is if you have or even if you haven’t ever seen, been around a dead body. I don’t know what one smells like, but I believe it would be apparent. If you’ve ever been around someone that’s been critically injured in an accident you would have a pretty good idea. I only know what I have been told by professionals in the medical and criminal field. Anyway, I think the point is she wouldn’t have to have experience with death to know if there was something dead in her trunk. There’s been too many lies and in many of them were a grain of truth. I believe the truth will come out. I believe it weren’t for her attorney it would have. The more they talk the more they tell and they don’t even know it. I believe there’s a mountain of evidence not being released because they want to make sure they have all they can to arrest her. We have to be patient, which is so hard.

I am amazed that Casey Anthony (even before her arrest) got on TV begging for her daughter’s safe return.
Seems her mother, her father, her brother, even her friends and boyfriend, and even his friends have publicly or expressed to whoever has her, to please bring her back, EXCEPT for Casey Anthony.
She cries for herself, makes comments for herself, but not for her own daughter Caylee.
It makes me sick to now read how Casey is returned to to her parent’s home and how they are crying in happiness she is finally home and hugging and basically “babying” her so to speak, and letting her be as always the center of their attention. The family say law enforcement isn’t looking for Caylee, well the key to finding Caylee is that poor excuse of a mother Casey. Well put Kathy.., Caylee has been gone for 2 months and the mother is NOT giving info on the where-abouts of her child.., unfortunately all the news cast with their high paid lawyers agree the child is probably dead. I pray she isn’t, and if so, justice is served to those who covered it up or commited the crime!

If I was Caseys Mom I would make make her life HELL…. till I found out where my granddaughter was.., I would not let her sleep., feed her little., turn off the hot water., turn off the air-cond., do what I had to do to find Caylee.
Make her tell or go back to JAIL!

Am I confused or did Grandma Cindy (& prob. the grandfather George) knew about Caylee being gone for almost one month before Cindy notified police that she was missing? I thought Cindy knew Caylee was missing but by Cindy’s comment on her phone call to police, was heard also talking to Casey on the side saying to Casey that she(cindy) wasn’t giving her any more time to bring Caylee back. ? ? Am I right or confused?? But if this was the case, can’t grandma Cindy be charged also with neglect and not reporting it?
God bless Caylee and for God to shine his light so Caylee can find her way home.

This case makes me cry everytime it is on the news. This lil girl Caylee…she looks just like my lil girl Jaimie. Do not release this women anyone who could do this deserves no mercy I’m sorry but it is disgusting.

It hurts me so much. How could anyone hurt that beautiful innocent little girl. She is absolutely adorable. Why. I wish some people would just have the heart and courage to get help. It would save everybody from heartache, regret, and loss.
