Yes, this is another one where the stepfather, Herman Bailon (an illegal alien also) felt trapped and did not want the child around. She suffered many cuts and abrasions, and yes, a skull fracture. She was only 2 years old. And of course, mommy dearest, Elizabeth Guerrero, just let the abuse go on. So much for protecting your children, huh?

What does it matter if he’s an illegal alien? He’s a monster… a killer… but what does citizenship status have anything to do with it? Not all illegal aliens are monsters… are they?

No, not all illegal aliens are monsters, HOWEVER, they are technically criminals. If they come here illegally, they should be deported. Period. He SHOULD NOT have even been in this country and had the opportunity to murder this child.
Are you actually okay with all of the illegal aliens being here? I am not. Come to America if you want, BUT DO IT LEGALLY. And do not commit ANY crime (which also means entering the country illegally).

i don’t know how to answer that questions. I feel that people… good people deserve a better life. Our country offers good opportunities for people who try to live a good life. I don’t know what illegal alien means to you… so I can’t get into a debate on the subject. I agree… there are illegal people (all nations) who target good people and make them victims and those people have no right to be in this country. But if it was up to me… i would gather all the evil in this country and quickly put them down. Not enough people are for the death penalty… so there goes that idea.

Disgraceful, this is typical of the stories we heard of, no regard for a child who is looking to his/her parent(s) for protection. Another good punishment and assurance that the problem will never happen again – as most don’t get life for child murder or execution they are let out after a while – is to sterilize both of them to ensure they NEVER ever have any more children, a permnament reminder of what they did and a safeguard to ensure it NEVER happens again!!!

i am an empolyee at the motel where the baby was killed and i think he should be executed but he will get a free way home at the expense of taxpayers people should pray for the three year old sister who watched as her sister was killed

This is truly sad, any christians out there? Please pray for the remainding children and family members on both sides. It seem that the mother was too weak to deal with this criminal. Still they both need prayer. Thus Child is in Heaven,all over the world people kill their children legally; it’s called abortion. That is not right, but its legal.
I oppose illegal immigration. Even Christ told his disciples to obey the laws of the land, and illegal immigration is wrong.Before someone comments about abortion being in a law of the land, please refer to Gods word the bible, it takes president over mans law… Minuteman in Christ, Amen

What you guys don’t know is that the mother has had three other children, besides the two in OK, removed from her custody for the same thing. SHE IS VERY ABUSIVE… I should know she has a daughter with my husband’s brother. I hope she pays in jail, too.

To what you have to say about Lizzy, who the hell are to make a judgment of who should pay and who shouldn’t! Oh, and another thing I know all of the children that she has and the father’s as well as every boyfriend. Let me tell you something just because he was your brother doesn’t make him innocent. Lizzy loved her children more than anything else in this universe and did everything she could to provide for them. She made a lot of very bad choices in the men she dated including your brother because they were ALL abusive to her and her children! She dealt with the abuse because it’s all she knows which yes is sad, but that’s how she has been showed that someone loves her was that they would be abusive to her. I know for a known fact that she has had her kids taken from her because she was living with a man that was abusive and the police were called because at one time she beat the crap out of the guy for hitting one of them! He deserved to get the crap beaten out of him by her and yes she should have stayed that strong through the years, but hasn’t because she has been so manipulated and abused by the lovers that she has chosen. I feel for her and her children I wish she was as strong as she used to be to stand up for herself and her little ones.
Liz doesn’t make the greatest choices in life, but then again who does at all times? I know I’m no t perfect and neither are you. I know that in the bible it says, ” Let he who walks without sin cast the first stone.” The right answer to that is none of us walk this life without some sort of sin on our soul, so why r so many casting stones?
Last, I know Liz and her family fairly well and if it’s anything that I know about Lizzy it’s that she loves her children and would never ever raise a hand at them never the less her voice. I know that first hand.

I know liz..i worked with her at one of her many jobs she worked to support the step-father…who wouldnt work…liz was at work when this happened, and i know for a fact she didnt know anything about any prior abuse
i was with her right after this happened..i talked with the first responder..i know what injuries were found…and what wasnt..so before you blame the mother..know the cold hard facts
