Casey certainly has everyone on a rope, doesn’t she? The entire family is being held hostage by her. She probably used little Caylee as a tool to get her way with the parents. Don’t give me what I want and I will leave with Caylee. She went on a vacation? From what? Vacation? She has no income of her own yet she has a babysitter that no one has ever met. Her mother says, “We have given you a month…” A month to do what? Very sad that this child has no idea who her dad is/was. The mother is very immature and has no business having babies & the family is beyond normal.
I personally don’t think anyone in the Anthony family is intelligent enough to pull off anything too complex. They are a bunch of dimwits; just listen to them talk & talk & talk some more. They make it up as they go along never thinking back to what they said yesterday. Cindy & Casey LOVE the camera, the spot light. Wise men do not speak in abundance – the fools mouth is rarely quiet. Have you ever had the privilege of knowing a truly wise man/women? Compare them to any of the Anthonys. Point made. She screwed up. She either intentionally hurt this child, which I don’t want to believe evn though she is very selfish, but rather an accident with the pool or leaving her in a car. I guess I just can’t bring myself to think anyone could intentionally kill their child… but it happens more and more. Just tragic. After whatever happens, she doesn’t call the police and say, “there has been a terrible accident….” She does what she does best, lies – like no one is going to notice that your daughter is missing. Please!? She wouldn’t know the truth if it was looking her in the face. I hope this is a case that doesn’t just get lost and that those responsible are justly punished equivalent to what Caylee has suffered. Jon Bonet Ramseys parents got off and little Madeline’s parents also. How can they even look at themselves in the mirror? Hopefully, that is not the case with this beautiful child. I hope that Casey has years and years behind bars to think about what she did.

I am very sad to see they are considering letting Casey out of jail although she was supposed to get out pretty soon anyway if they did not come up with any new charges. Iwas hoping that they were bring in some new charges to keep her there. There is nothing she is going to tell them that she couldn’t tell from jail and the pressure goes away once she is “free.” Of course being confined to a house with her mother would be torture, having an ankle bracelet is not free, she will not be able to party with friends. Does she know what real life is without beer and parties?

It is recommended that immediate entry of AMBER Alert data be entered into the FBI’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC). Text information describing the circumstances surrounding the abduction of the child should be entered, and the case flagged as Child Abduction.
(The NCIC is a computerized database of documented criminal justice information available to virtually every law enforcement agency nationwide, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.)
If these criteria are met, alert information is assembled for public distribution. This information may include descriptions and pictures of the missing child, the suspected abductor, and a suspected vehicle along with any other information available and valuable to identifying the child and suspect.
All these restrictions may lead one to wonder if their missing child is insignificant.Absolutely not. However, the circumstances by which a child typically becomes missing– wandering off by mistake, running away after an argument, etc– deem state or nationwide lookouts for a child at deathly risk to be excessive. AMBER Alerts are heard on the radio, seen on the television, or even displayed on freeway bulletins or sent as text-messages to cell phones. There are many measures in place, from government to local levels to retrieve a missing child.
Advocates for missing children are concerned that the public is becoming desensitized to AMBER Alerts because of a large number of false alarms. where police issue an AMBER Alert without strictly adhering to the Department of Justice’s activation guidelines.
For example, only 70 of the 233 AMBER Alerts issued in 2004 (30%) were actually children taken by strangers or who were unlawfully traveling with adults other than their legal guardians.

wow – well as I said before, at least he is admitting this now. I totally think there are a lot more people involved here than just Casey – her parents especially in some form – as for her friends, I am not sure which ones would be or how. But anything here is possible. There are so many details to this case, and part of the problem is sorting through the lies and half truths. It is bad enough that Caylee was missing for a month before anyone knew, but now they have wasted almost another entire month sorting through Casey’s lies in hopes of getting a credible lead. I hope this isn’t true, but it almost feels like the trail is getting smaller and smaller and if something doesn’t happen soon, all will be lost.

I think by George and Cindy’s comments of they are being watched, meant that Casey was in jail so she was already being watched. They seem to be fumbling around with signs and T-shirts, yet are not really “searching” in the bogs, lakes, swamps, etc (at least that I have seen a report of). At this point they have to know that any sane person would have come forward and told police that Casey gave them her child or asked them to hide her. I would like nothing more than to have Princess Caylee found alive, but I feel that is really not going to happen or it already would have.

This is the first scientific test giving investigators another signal that a dead body was indeed in Casey Anthony’s car.
Anthony was arrested in mid-July and was held on charges of child neglect until a Sacramento-based bounty hunter posted up her $500,000 bond on Aug. 21.
Sources close to the investigation also exclusively told WESH 2 that time is running out on a deal offered by the state to give Casey Anthony limited immunity for statements she makes, if it would help investigators find Caylee. The State Attorney’s office confirms an offer was made on Wednesday afternoon. According to WESH 2′s source, that deal will run out at the end business on Thursday afternoon.
Anthony has been a focus in the investigation into her daughter’s disappearance since her arrest. Investigators also searched the back yard of parents’ home.
George and Cindy Anthony have stood by their daughter from the beginning and have repeated the message that the priority should be finding Caylee, passing out fliers and wearing T-shirts featuring the toddler’s face.

I think George did it and Casey knew and is covering up. Mother knows now too. They were going to blame the babysitter if body was ever found. They seem to be as sure as Drew Peterson that the body won’t be found. Both ex-cops.

hey…tonight they’re reporting that chloroform was found in the back of Casey’s car and that her computer showed proof that she had researched chloroform as well, in addition to the other evidence of a dead body in there. i guess that story of “the baby sitter” making off with the kid sounds more and more rediculous (as if it didn’t from the start).
i fear that you’re right Vicky. it just amazes me how Cindy is still standing by her convictions despite the fact that everything points to the obvious.
I haven’t seen Cindy’s husband shaking his fist at anyone lately. Maybe he finally got a clue???????????????. This family couldn’t really believe in their hearts that Caylee is alive. i’ve been watching “american justice” and “cold case files” and its heart breaking to see the victims’ parents interviewed. one woman called the police every week for almost 10 years to make sure that they kept the investigation going. quite a contrast to the behavior we’re seeing here from this mother.
i think the part that galls me more than anything else is to see Casey wearing that T shirt with the kid’s picture on it saying “have you seen me?” what kind of absolute crap is that? it should read “i’ve killed my daughter and this lousy T shirt is all i got”

has anyone considered that perhaps Casey was working the streets or ‘a stripper in a bar’ instead of the Universal phantom job ~~ which did exist years back before she got fired. I feel Casey is not talking to give time for the body to decompose and difficult to do DNA and cause of death or never to be found.

knowing what i’ve heard so far of Casey, not much would surprise me. she’s not ugly and could probably make some change on the streets. but then why was she always so broke? stealing money and checks…and gas, etc?

if you’ve heard the interogation tapes, with Casey telling lie after lie and the cops calling her on those lies, they are infuriating. not only do those tapes show her to be an absolutely shameless lier, but also show her to have absolutely no remorse, or at the very least, concern, over her daughter’s absence.
Has anyone else noticed that the missing child’s name is C-A-Y and L-E-E? It is a combination of Casey (the mother) and Casey’s brother Lee. What if the real father of caylee is the brother? What if there is more to hide with this family like oh, I don’t know incest? All the psychotherapists claim that she must have had a trauma or something in her past to make her a pathological liar. Perhaps incest has been the cause for her psychosis. Does anyone else find it strange to name your child a combination of your name and your brothers name? Usually it would be a combination of the mother and the father’s name.

Can’t Casey be charged with Obstruction of Justice because the police have caught her in so many lies. Who in their right mind would agree to take police to “her office” which is in a place where she had been fired from. I also don’t like her high and mighty attitude. Who ever heard of an unemployed person having a nanny. Who took care of Caylee when Cindy was at work and Casey was pretending to be at work? Lets proceed with the charges the prosecutor can prove and get this before a judge. Give Nancy Grace something else to report on. Its pretty incriminating to date and if she was a caring mother she would do everything possible the minute she thought her child was missing. NO MOTHER WAITS 30 days to get someone involved. Far beit from us to prosecute her, but in the court of public opinion all we need to do is sentence, because we all feel she is guilty, if not of causing something to happen to the llittle girl, then most certainly of SHEER IGNORANCE in not getting law enforcement, her parents and anyone who would listen involved from the hour she was missing. This is utterly ridiculous that we are held hostage by this NOBODY, when if it were my daughter I would have turned her in DAY 1.
I think the prosecuters have more than enough evidence to get a conviction. I’ve seen convictions of baby/child killers with less evidence. My opinion= jurors don’t really need that much evidence to convict child killers. I know if I was on this jury even if I knew nothing about the case. Just hearing what I’ve heard even if its only half of what I heard. I in all honesty would vote to convict her wicked ass.
Sometimes, I tend to think that we need to get back to the basics on getting one to tell the truth in certain matters, like with missing children. A “truth serum”? It’s otherwise harmless to the individual, but often will yield the subject to say more than they have been withholding.
Maybe then, onto the HOT bamboo shoots under the fingernails. Barbaric? Sure. Maybe there is a place for it yet. We can go there in cases like this, huh?
Casey has indeed problems, something should break her.
I thought that in one of the OCSO interviews that they were actually getting somewhere with her, but they gave up, like they just got tired. I’ve reviewed it several times and only came up with the same thought. It was the interview at Univeral, the place she lied about but at an improptu conference room. Lord, I thought she was going to break and cleanse herself. Not. The investigator(s) really had her going beginning with her lies! Since then, she’s “lawyered out”. The investigators had their chance.
i don’t think that she’ll “break”. what incentive has she got to be honest? she probably doesn’t even know the meaning of the word “honesty”. and her parents, they made her what she is today, and they totally back her up and make all sorts of excuses for her.
the only way she’d talk now is if she had some sort of incentive. like averting pain. a good beating would’ve helped her memory out i’d be willing to bet.

Otter- your right on the money. There is nothing wrong with a good smack down to keep your children on the right track. It worked with me and my sibs growing up as well as my children. People are not taught respect in this day and age. No one wants to be responsible for their children. I think its out of control.

what if she is still out there and very much alive. we will never know. i hope the jury when chosen is 150% sure she is dead. and they can prove beyoned a shadow of doubt that was her body in the trunk. and of course that casey did it. if there is 1% doubt in the minds of the jurors she may be free.
hell, even the defense let it slip that they think that she’s dead. the forensics show plenty of proof that she’s dead as well. chances are pretty damn slim that its otherwise, i’m sorry to say. but i guess you just never do know 100%.

I think they have a shit load of evidence proving she is no longer alive. If they didn’t they wouldn’t have brought it the grand jury (without a body) looking for murder 1. Plus the fact that it only took the GJ 30 minutes to come back with an indictment. THey have much more than what has been released.

Where Is Caylee? Justice for Caylee!
Now, maybe, this little girl can get the resting place she so deserves. Her mother, in my opinion, gave hints that she was close to home, and go figure, she was. I may be premature by saying it’s caylee but the sheriff said no other child has been missing in that area. I find it disgusting to know someone(her own grandmother) would start this whole situation and then try to turn it around and say everyone has already condemned casey, but hello lady your the one that said it smelled like a dead body in her trunk. Hopefully now this all comes to an end and casey goes into general population where she belongs to get her ass handed to her
I think that Casey is having sex with her lawyer she was spending hours and days in his office when she was out on bail, no mother if their child is missing would be pole dancing, unless she killed the child herself!!! I think since she has cost the tax payers all this money on a wild goose chase, she should spend the rest of her life in Jail…and not the death penalty, dying would be too easy for her!!!! Poor Tim Miller from Equasearch has spent all this time and his donations to search for Caylee, when Casey knew all the time where she was. Her parents are nuts!!! Treating her with kid gloves, like she is some kind of primadona….telling her she is beautiful and the best daughter. She is ugly inside like she is outside!!! I hope her dream team lawyers loose their a&&&& working on this case. I also think no money should be made off of movies, books, mini-series. Since when do we make money off of peoples lives. I have wondered if on the 16th of June when George saw Caylee last… Was Casey carrying Caylee as she was leaving the home or if Caylee was on her feet and hugged her grandpa good-bye before they left ((?))
why would THAT matter? i think what really matters are a couple of other questions… like:
1. what parent on earth would not report a child missing for a month and yet lead a normal happy life as if nothing happened?
2. what parent in the world would then lie to police and mislead them AWAY from finding the little girl?
forget all the little inconsistencies and details. how can those 2 questions be honestly answered?
and try and convince anyone that a nurse, like cindy, wasn’t aware of the smell of human decomposition on casey’s clothes as she laundered them….and then handed the investigators the wrong brush. its one thing to be in denial and argue that an empty pizza box was the source of the smell in the car. its another to tamper with evidence to throw off the authorities!

obviously they had something to hide from the get go. and now we have a pretty good idea of what that was. but i still say that a weekend at gitmo would’ve gotten to the bottom of this at a substantially reduced cost in terms of money, wasted time (cops could be putting their efforts into helping other people) and justice.
