Bless his little heart, why in the world would the court give custody to this “woman” after she was charged with abandoning five children in unsanitary conditions without food or water in 2002? I think the judge who did this should be removed from his throne. When a ‘woman’ has mistreated kids in the past what in the world would make anyone think she changed? She got worse.. I hope both of them get some of the same if not worse kind of treatment in jail

this is crazy .. the kid was full of life ..he was a good kid………lemar martin is not a man hes a coward and if i ever get a chance at him ill make sure he suffers….and as for her the god mother as a woman how do you that……and the courts gave custody to this woman after she had 3 of her own kids taken away…WOW…….SOMEBODY WILL PAY FOR HIS PAIN…by the way i knew the kid when he was in his moms tummy

you would never think something like this could happen in your circle of friends or family. Lemar @ Nymeen do not deserve to be placed in jail. Jail is a luxury, this is one of those rare occasions where the death penalty should be instated!!!!!!! I also knew kyle He will always be in our hearts and prayers

Were they her kids or just really fortunate kids who were took away before she had a chance to kill them?
Was he her favorite and that is why she killed him?

Whoever gave this child to these “people” should be held accountable and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Better yet, I know a couple of homies who would LOVE to be in these two animals’ company for about 5 minutes.

Those people who killed this poor child should not even get 25 years they should get the death penalty. Why should we be paying out of our tax money for them to have a place to sleep and a plate of food.

It is so sad that all the adults in your life let Kyle down and it makes me so mad. I blame the mother and father especially. The father did not have the sense to just take his kid from this evil woman. I can’t even begin to say how I feel about his so called mother. So what if she was on drugs. If you are a bad mother to begin with then you will be a worse mother if you use drugs, but a good mother does not become a bad mother due to drugs . I myself was an addict for almost 20 years, I was homeless after a fire and I had a husband in jail and no family to help me. I still kept my kids. Kyle’s so called mother was a selfish person who left her kid and never even came back and got him. I hope she suffers for the rest of her life

i have to say, those people who knew of what was going on to that poor, poor boy should be punished as well. kyle couldn’t defend him self from those animals so some should’ve stepped in. shame on those who knew.

I think that those of you that are blaming the mother for what happened to her son are wrong. When someone thinks they can really trust someone with a lil angel like kyle was never thinks of the bad that can happen to their child. i respect the mother for getting clean and wanting her son back even if when she returned it was too late. As for kyle you are loved and missed. And for the two who did this crime I hope that you get the death penalty cause you will get no mercy from me or anyone. You took away a precious baby that no one ever enjoy his smile are laugh again because of you. RIP Kyle and know that you were loved and will see your parents and brother again someday.

I am in shock. I know Lemar Martin. He has two children of his own, and he should have known better that to be involved in this…He deserves a bigger butt whoopin, and I am being very censored in my speaking, than that Nymeen woman; but real beyond real, she needs to face death for that…so why not send both their asses to the chair?!

I am so shocked and horrified at what was done to that little boy. I cannot believe any adult would do that to a baby. So sad. I wonder if the guardians were also on heavy drugs because no person that are thinking clearly can do that unless they are pure evil.

I think that people should know the truth before judging anyone. Yes, there is a little boy who died, but who did it is the question. I know for a fact that Martin was at work when all this happened. It was said in the court room and they took his work phone as evidence to prove it. He has 2 children that he loves and he fought for so this seems so far fetched for him. He is a caring and loving man and he has a beautiful soul. He just got caught up with the wrong woman and now his name is messed up and worse lil Kyle Smith is gone. Resp in Peace you beautiful lil angel.
