NOTE FROM THE BLOG OWNER I keep seeing comments from people who apparently think that the “parents” of the victim, the 2 who where arrested, will be reading this and picking up messages. They are NOT associated with this blog in any way, shape or form. I do not know them. DO NOT leave messages for them here. It is highly inappropriate. This is a place for justice for the real victim, 3 day old McKenzy, who was murdered. And these people you keep telling to stay strong, are charged with HER MURDER. Now, I do understand innocent til proven guilty, however, please take your messages and words to them elsewhere. This is NOT the place for them. I will remove all of those comments.

Two-It is so nice of the last few commentors to be so worried about “Omenged” rather than the victim of this crime. Not a single one of your made mention of the poor child that was murdered. i know omenged very much, he’s my cousin and i know he wouldn’t do a thing like this. he is a very good person and i would know that when his daughter was born he was happy, excited and just couldn’t wait to take her home. and i’m sure that this happened as an accident, and i’m very sure that omenged didn’t commit such a thing like this. my prayers are with him and as well as my neice McKenzy…..

Very shocking news especially when the father is palauan. I hate to think that he had anything to do with killing his 3 days old baby girl. I’m really hoping they will find out what really happened to the baby ’cause she surely didn’t ask the parents to bring her into this world and die like this. “A medical examiner with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said the child’s injuries could have come from being slammed against a wall, stomped on the head or a similar act. The child was in the Debelbots’ care for about 12 hours before she was taken to the hospital, and Tyner said neither could explain how their daughter received the injuries.” After reading some comments here, I felt compelled to post a part of an article I read for those who feel more sympathy towards the parents as suppose to the true victim involved. The defenseless and innocent 3 day old girl. Whether it is an accident or pre-meditated, which I pray/hope its not indeed pre-meditated; I think the parents need to be punished. It is for the mere fact that they both failed to do their job, which is simply to love and protect their child from harm. In this case, a harm that resulted unfortunate death. God Bless Us!

this is unbelievable! i know albert very very well. he couldnt have done this. I think the death of the baby was caused by SID…either way iam terribly sorry the baby had to die. but she is in good hands now.

my heartfelt sympathy to the lil one, she is in good hands now. who would in their right mind would premeditate on such tragic death of a little baby. who wants to live forever knowing that they have taken a life of a baby, who wants to go to jail for such a murder, who wants to be labeled a murdere. i don’t know but it is still a shock to me. it could been an accident that they didn’t know would end up with such a death. im so sad to hear this. god be with lil mckenzie and the parents.

All sympathy goes out to the parents of little McKenzie. Whatever happened I’m sure justice will prevail. It is too soon to judge, so those who think that the 2 are guilty, you can rest assure that judgment will come. Maybe it turns out that the baby fell but the parents panicked and that is why everything is going array at the moment. Baby McKenzie is in heaven as of the moment, and I’m sure she is not angry with her parents, so why would those of you who do not have it fully be? Kick back and relax. I’ll be the first to throw the first stone if one of the 2 or both of them will be found guilty. Meantime, please let everyone post their comment. I’m sure the BOT is not a judge or a lawyer or GOD. the vicitms are not only little mckenzy, but the parents as well. this situation is up for speculation. none of us were there, no one knows exactly what happened, let alone who did it and why. i know the father, and my heart goes out to him. i didn’t know that he was getting married, let alone was having a baby. my prayers for omenged, and for ashley and for mckenzy. i pray justice be served, but i pray we find out the truth before any judgement be passed. i can write all day about how good of a person albert “omenged” is. and he is. but i haven’t seen him or heard from him in a bit. in reality, people have already decided what side of this story they want to believe; it’s either they did it or not. but i am here to ask everyone to remember that they are only being accused, it has not been proven yet.

“The Bible says…”, “I know they wouldn’t…” , “You weren’t there so you don’t know…” . I worked breifly with Albert and honestly, I would not put it past the guy. How do I know, because he isn’t exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer and is known for saying stuff that causes some awkwards moments leaving him as the only person wondering why. But all opinion aside. Fact of the matter is this. A baby was slammed against something, it wasn’t a “drop.” The coroner from the state of Georgia said the baby would have to have been dropped from a 3-story building to cause the head trauma poor McKenzie was suffering from. It was just the two of them present and a baby was murdered by either one, or both of them. That is the fact whether people want to except it or not. Anybody wonder why they didn’t call 911 on one or the other? If your baby is having trouble breathing, why not call a ambulance that could arrive with med equipment and drive past stop lights? Maybe dispatch has life saving info that could help while medical personal arrive? I guess a nice leisurely drive to a hospital with a dying baby whose life you destroyed is a good time to cook up a story between the two of the cold blooded killers. Wonder what was going on in their minds during that drive? Was one wondering whether he/she should blame the other? Or maybe wondering, “should I admit to it”? Or maybe there was a scare tactic used from one parent towards the other? These are questions that remain to determine who, if not both of them, is guilty. But all this talk that neither one is guilty has already been disproved the moment the coroner recommended that the state charges both people for murder. Wake up people. My prays go out to baby McKenzie and the suffering family minus the parents.

Yes, of course it’s sad. Anyone not bothered by this incident would astonish me. Baby McKenzy was just that, a baby, only 3 days old. Of course the first people to suspect are the parents, if not them, who else? What was done is done. But at the end of the day, none of us commenting here were there when she was hurt, and certainly not the medical examiners or the prosecuting attorneys. I am not here to argue the autopsy reports. All we’re doing here is speculating. Those who knew the father or mother then and now, they can choose to believe whatever comforts them to believe. Who is anyone to condemn them? Whether by accident or intent, nobody here is certain of that. So, until both parent’s are heard, until everyone and everything that surrounded her and the places she had been before her untimely death has been fully questioned and investigated (yes I am implying that there are limitless possibilities) and until the court decides, let’s concern ourselves only with bringing justice to McKenzy Debelbot— let’s be more concerned in finding out what truly happened rather than pointing fingers… when all we do know is what we have read or been told.

Actually, by the extent of the injuries and the amount of time it took the baby to die the coroner was able to determine a general time frame in which the injuries occurred and it was well after the baby left the hospital. According to the parents they were the only ones left in the house with the baby when it was assaulted. According to the Ledger’s report on the Debelbots they are both accusing eachother of being with the child when the injury occured. Any logical person could obviously see that one of the two, if not both are responsible. That is clear as day, to think different is to be in denial. We need to wait to hear their side of the story??? You mean continue to listen to their lies that they don’t know what happened??? Babies don’t beat their own heads.

I do know Omenged, but not well enough to speak of his character. I am just here to say how much my heart hurts to think of baby Mckenzy. As a mother myself I find it hard to believe that a person could do this to an innocent little baby. As parents, we serve as the protectors of our babies no matter how old they are.
People talk about the parents being “innocent until proven guilty” and that is true but it is hard to ignore the facts stated in the autopsy report. Wandei says that “maybe the baby fell and the parents panicked” and that might be the case but it all goes down to being an irresponsible parent. No matter what happened, and whether they did it or not, they were being irresponsible parents.

This is Ashley’s oldest brother who have known her; her entire life. I’ve watched and seen her care for many babies. I talked to Ash everyday during the last few months of her pregenacy, and I’ve spoken to her husband as well. The entire family was excited about this baby including the parents….I was sent pics of the baby when it was born and I’ve seen pics from the delivery room. They where so happy, and excited on these pictures. I know within my heart that they where not capable of harming their baby, My sister and I are extremly close and I know her character and she make great decesions… My family who has strong faith in GOD and we have a strong spirtual background. Those of you who want to judge, go ahead, but GOD is with us and we will get to the truth of what happened. If I had seen this story in the newspaper I would more than likely have had a negative opinion, but now that this has hit close to home and I know my sister and her husband. It changes my veiws on what you see and read in the newspaper. I went to JSU and studied Broadcast Jornalism and I know how the media and newspaper will report things…Please understand what you see and read about is not always what it seems to be. So please stop forming an opinion on something from what you read and hear about. You or someone you know could be in this situation and i’m sure your feelings will change. Those of you that are supportive, my family and I thank you so much, the prayers you have sent up, has been well recived. This is a direct quote from “the ledger.” Note, the “…each saying the other woke them…” Someone has to be lying here. Read a little further and you will also read that,
“That’s when the parents said they discovered the bump on McKenzy’s head, Tyner said. ” ( Detective Drew Tyner is the investigate who testified
and the coroner determined this ” bump ” was caused by, well, just read the statement from the article, “A medical examiner with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said the child’s injuries could have come from being slammed against a wall, stomped on the head or a similar act. ”
Not a drop, not a self inflicted bump, but “being slammed against a wall”, or “stomped on the head.” Picture that, it isn’t a statement that a professional would use lightly, a babies head being slammed into the wall or stomped by a supposed grown ass man or women. Tough pill to swallow, and that is why I cannot support the parents with compassion or sorrow “WONDERIN.” But I do stand corrected, the Ledger surely did not publish the estimated time of the crime based off the autopsy report, it was based off of statements from the suspects so I take that back.

No he wasn’t he was also talking about his children. )I am power phrasing because I don’t have time to look it up but I do know those are in is in the book of Matthew, also in Matthew (chapter 18 verse 6) is where you can find where Jesus said” But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.”
You think that God is pleased with their actions No and you saying that no weapons formed against them shall prosper? I think that applies to ones who love and serve God, no ones who hurt and kill little babies.
Your sister should have been thinking of God when she either slammed that baby’s little head or allowed that no good piece of crap do it. I know you said that you know your sister but no one truly knows what will make a person break or lose it.

seriously you must be senile!!! for emergencies, 911 must be called first then the operator sends the friken ambulance and the cops. but i think the operator just assumed that it was just a lump it wasnt anythin major thats why the parents were told to drive to the hospital.
all you people go and make your own assumptions. ya’ll dont know nothing. i dont know what happened but at least im not pointing any fingers. i’ll still give the parents support and hope everything goes out well. all my prayers goes out to the baby.

Wow! There are a lot of compassionate people posting their two-cents…on the parents’ side and the lil’ McKenzy’s side. Indeed, many lives have been affected by this tragedy. Although I’m not related to this family, I feel a deep sense of loss. Unfortunately, the one most vulnerable paid the ultimate price. The people who boldly comment how well they know the parents and even go out on the limb by saying that the parent(s) would/could never do such a thing. I commend you for that…having loyalty to your relationship with one or both the parents. I tell you this, its hard to dispute all the information provided by officials involved. I hope we can all say a prayer for lil Mckenzy tonight, as well, as her parents and their family/friends going through this tough time. If in the end, the parents did indeed commit this horrible act…punishment must fit the crime!

It’s a very shocking news to know that omenged hurt a lil baby girl which is his fleshing blood…its so shocking..
I know him from back home palau..we went to the same high school and he was very quiet person and to hear that he murdered his baby it just give me the creeps and freak me out..I cant believe this!!!Hope it wasnt true!!! cause im really ashamed to call myself a proud palauan!~

I think you might be the senile one, because it is a proven fact that calling an ambulence provides medical treatment earlier then taking the time to drive to a hospital. I live on Fort Benning and know that ambulances number one don’t have to stop at the many stop lights between Buena Vista Rd, number two don’t have to obey the ridiculously slow speed limits on post, and number three don’t have to hassle with the security guards at the gate. Furthermore, 911 operators in this area, don’t know about your area, are trained with some rudamentary triage skills that may not be as good as a medics, but are better then nothing. Oh yeah, don’t worry about all these other peoples Karma and things going around to come back around, as long as these people don’t slam babies against walls I think their Karma will be just fine.

I was born Palaun and I will die Palaun.
I’am related to Albert’s biological mother.I’am also a proud mother of a soilder.I will love my family even if they did wrong,but I will not make excuse’s for what has happen.Only God can judge the living and the dead.

Whether you are from New York or New Delhi. No one knows you like yourself. Now since none of us were there, I can safely assume that no one knows what happened. So I suggest you let Law Enforcement deal with that side of the issue. Instead, we must offer up our prayers to the baby who no longer has a voice. i was very shocked and still shocked about this.. Albert or Omenged as i would call him was a friend of mine.. we weren’t that close but i knew him well.. Omenged was normal like us before but after he came back from Iraq pple been telling me that he was kinda different than he was before.. im not saying that he did this or his wife because we dont have evidence.. but my heart breaks to know that baby McKenzy didnt make it.. i just hope they can find out who really did this.. and if it was an accident or not cause they dont have to be arrested if they didnt do it.. you set this blog for justice for the real victim who is baby Mckenzy, which i am terrible sorry to hear about it, but i dont agree it was murder. as you read these comments, most of it is for the father. its because they know him very well, most of them and especially me were been raised together. therefore we know he would never do something like this. and yes we weren’t there, but you weren’t even the doctor wasn’t there when this happened. i am very very deeply sorry for baby Mckenzy, it wasn’t her time to go, but for her parents’ irresponsible acts, its very heartbreaking for all of us. so in my opinion, when it comes down for justice, she was’t murdered.

I hope you undertand, the father in this case went to war. That changes a person. It does. My husband was deployed and he was the same person he was when he left. You say you know them so well, so, I can safely assume then that you spent every waking hour with this family since he came home from the war. And of course you shared his dreams while sleeping, huh? Sounds ridiculous? So is the defense of “I know them so well that I know they could not do that”, especially under those circumstances.

I skipped most comments to post because I just can’t take some of the nonsense I’m hearing. First of all, the CORONER has NO REASON to lie. What does he/she gain by saying this child was killed purposely? Absolutely nothing is what. How come no one wants to believe what the AUTOPSY says?
Wandei from above stated, “It may have been an accident, the baby could have hit its head and the parents panicked”.
I agree that this could have been the case, but if this did happen, it became a CRIME the minute they lied about what happened with this child. If I “accidently” dropped my child on it’s head or hit his head aganist something, I’m gonna come clean, because where accidents are concerned there is no need to lie.
The coroner says this baby died from BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA to the head. This is not an accident, this is MURDER. Even if it wasn’t done purposely, the COVER-UP was. There is no excuse. This baby did not have to die.

yea, sure albert was your friend.. and you knew him from back home.. but lets face it.. he has been to war.. okay! it has been proven that people who are in the presence of violence become FUC*ED up in the head.. quit being ignorant..
i also knew him from back home.. played ball with him for a couple of seasons.. and he seemed like he would not do anything of this nature.. after omenged came out of boot camp, i got to spend some time with him and he did not seem like the old omenged that i knew.. he was violent and would continually say things that made me wonder “is this dude serious? is he trying to get our ass kicked??” it is shiet like that that makes me think less of him, and i believe he murdered the baby.. aside from seeing him after boot camp, i havent talked to him but i have heard of crazy things about him to after he got back from iraq and it wasn’t good things..
to the family and friends of omenged, i am deeply sorry to say this, but i believe that he is capable of MURDERING the child.. one does not need to be educated in order to figure this out.. the evidence is there showing that the baby had a blunt force to her head causing the head to bulge up.. so get real, and admit that our friend killed his child.. its that simple.. have anyone spoken to omb after he got out of boot camp or back from iraq?? i mean, be real..

you are obviously ill-equiped to grasp that even though the coroner’s autopsy report present that the cause of death was BFT (Blunt Force Trauma), there are no proven facts nor evidence placing either Albert (aka Omenged) or his wife Ashley as the Cause of the BFT, what you read in the news and media is PURE SPECULATION, all circumstantial evidence none of which will hold in a court of law, so far there has been no other official report released otherwise, investigations are currently being conducted and you “DUDE” are the ignorant one, just because you happen to hear “STORIES” as you put it about Omenged does not make them true, YOU ARE A HYPORCRITE, and an uneducated one at that. how dare you accuse him of anything you have no idea what you are talking about, just reading your blog I can size you up as an army has-been who probably enlisted to get out of Palau since you had neither the brains nor the means to do so and went to Iraq couple times where you worked supply or 2nd hand nothing and came back to boast, well hate to break it to ya you are not the shit. you are the SHIT. lol. before you try to psycho-analyze army folks that got back from Iraq based of on “STORIES” you heard here and there, why don’t you go to school get educated and then talk shit about how you know who killed who and what, get some means to back up your bogus allegations, in the mean time keep your idiotic poorly worded ill-humored unnecessary opinions to yourself and save yourself the grief of being called out.

I do agree that this blog is just soaked in naivete and as you put it “ill-educated verbal abuse.” I do also believe though that you, along with those who believe in the innocence of either the parents, are the naive ones. Like I said in my previous post, it was established that the parents were the only ones with the baby. There just isn’t a possibility that anyone else might have hurt their baby who, at three days old, couldn’t even see clearly yet…she could see colors but she didn’t even know what mom and dad looked like!
Sure, this is America. You know, Land of the Free…Home of the Brave. And yes, it is still INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. But come on. All ignorance and naivete aside, the FACTS ARE THERE….right in front of your face. So what if he’s a dear friend of yours….who the hell cares? He either knows what happened or did it himself…it could have been intentional or unintentional but it happened and one or both of them did it.
Parents are supposed to serve as their children’s protectors – check under the bed or in the closet for monsters. Poor baby McKenzy never had a chance because in her case, her parents are the monsters.

It is not a “proven fact” that people who return from serving in a war zone come back “F**KED UP!” As a matter of fact, this may come as a shock to your simple thought process, but there is no medical term known as “F**KED UP!” Some do come back with post traumatic stress disorder which the majority learn to live with through healthy rehab like talking to a therapist and taking advantage of healthy free services that the military offers to vets for free, for life. Unfortunately, some people deal with the stresses of post traumatic stress disorder through unhealthy “self medication” processes which most frequently include alcohol. When you mix alcohol into problems, you get all the problems associated with alcoholism. Not everyone gets PTSD from being in a combat zone. Everyones psychological state is capable of handling different kinds of stress and witnessing different violent acts. Some guys could see violence and have no problem with it, others get traumatized on different levels. So don’t make it seem like all vets are “baby killers” because they are “F**KED UP!” in the head. It is because of these brave men and women that you have the right to use this blog freely whether or not you have served yourself.

You say that the facts are linked together but I would think that 1st fact of the blunt force trauma added to the 2nd fact of parents being there alone would link together 3rd fact was the baby was three (3) days old and could not even hold his little head up to bang it, so he didn’t do it. Your worthless friend and his worthless wife did it and it will come out soon after they turn on each other saying the other one did it!!!
I may not be a detective but it sure doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.

The baby sure as hell ain’t gonna hurt herself. She can’t turn over or move much yet so that eliminates her falling from her crib….and even if she fell from her crib, she wouldn’t have had such extensive injuries.
So, we’ve eliminated the ridiculous idea of baby maybe hurting herself and that means we’ve just got mom and dad left….

yeah, i maybe “ill-equiped” and “uneducated” but let me tell you something.. three individuals were at the house at one point.. okay?? those three individuals left to the hopital.. are you following?? one sadly didn’t make it.. (GOD REST HER SOUL).. leaving two, right?? the mother on the other, i believe would NOT go through the kind of pain that women go through pregnancy and giving birth to a child, and then turning around and killing it!! the reason why i believe that omb did it, is that, i knew him from back home, and hung out with him many times after boot camp he came out of boot camp.. and he was a different person compared to the omb that i knew from back home.. what i mean by different is that he was a lot more of an aggressive and violent omenged.. okay?? Lord knows how bad he was after iraq..

I just read some of the entries, Points er kau Miss L, good stuff. Shauncey, Reggae, DUDE, if you all believe your entitled to your own opinions, isn’t Miss L just as entitled. but she makes a point where all you guys seem to can’t help but derive from her entries negative opinions you formulated already yet you don’t see her point, she even goes to numbering her clarifications for you, she doesn’t even state an opinion about the incident she is simply clarifying that we really don’t have much to go on so pointing fingers is useless.
I for one am waiting for the trial or proceedings to take place and the evidence to be presented before I decide what to believe.

You make a good point when you say that you doubt that a mother could commit such horrible crimes because of what they experienced during nine months of pregnancy. I’m a mommy too and I could never picture myself harming my baby..it hurts me just to think about it.
BUT, I’ve read many horrible stories of mothers hurting and even killing their babies….mothers sticking their babies in microwaves or drowning them in the lake.
Point is, we can never know what a person is capable of when pushed to the limits.
One of them or even both of them committed this horrible crime. If it was just one of them that did it, then the other is covering up….thus making them both guilty….aiding and abetting…

Once again, you never fail to make yourself look like an idiot. Because they have nothing to do with becoming violent. Ontop of that, don’t finish your argument putting you and I in the same class and at the same time try and patronize the military by stating, “…i salute them for doing the job that people like you and i would not do.. ” I do currently serve in the military and trust me, there are several men in boots who don’t give a flying turd about a salute coming from you. You have not earned the right to salute a damn thing. For those who honestly don’t know, when you are having a flashback or are around a person with a flashback you strike a momentary natural response. Contrary to others beliefs you don’t spend 10 minutes going on a violent killing spree because you think you are back in the sand box. A very common flashback is when a person with PTSD hears a sudden car backfire and has a very strong flinch or maybe even gets down. This is the brain reacting in a way it has become accustomed to following combat. Another reaction some people have is to do a complete walk through of buildings they enter, or start feeling anxiety when they can not see the extry way of a building. For example, many people with PTSD won’t stay in a building if they are not seated against a far wall with a direct view of the entry door. And finally, I shortly worked with Albert after he transitioned to Fort Benning from Fort Hood and if he did have flashbacks or severe PTSD, it did not show. I’ve worked with people who have had very severe PTSD and some with no PTSD signs who were on the very same missions that mentally scarred others. PTSD varies from individual to individual.

I think what Dude was trying to say is that when you witness horrific events and tragedies; it can have some sort of psychological affect on you. This does not only apply to people in the military, however, they are the ones who have so far been witnessing or have taken part in some very disturbing events. How people react to those memories differ from individual to individual. Some show signs/symptoms while others do not. Others react violently while most do not. Like what Peter’s Tosh said, “we can never know what a person is capable of when pushed to the limits”.

No disrespect to those who are serving in the military, but there are people in the military who are spouse beaters, child molesters, killers/murders, rapists, bigots, homophobes, and the list continues. Just because a person has never been or will never be convicted, dose not make his/her actions right. The military is just like any other organization, there are good people and of course there are bad people.

now my question is where did you read or see the reports on this highly regarded “EVIDENCE” that has no doubt formed an air-proof opinion of the parents in your minds: in the newspaper, perhaps on T.V., internet an article you read, did you ever stop and think about the reliability of your sources, how very little information we are given in the reports, how journalists have a way with words to make the reader believe what they believe, just because the obvious is shown in the news reports does not mean that is all there is too it. how can you be so sure there are no other possibilities available, the investigation is still in progress your many assumptions based on what the media reports are not only RIDICULOUS but are weak as well.

Is Shauncey some kind of criminal investigator privy to the information not yet available to the public. thats quite a claim you make, did your six-figure income and/or impressive education enable you to come up with that conclusion, ALL I WAS SAYING was that the lack of evidence has yet to prove either/or, so calling the father a murderer was uncalled for by “DUDE”, and trying to slander or libel the Army Troops that fight for freedom everyday was uncalled for, which then led me to call him out. honestly I do not want to bash anyone’s name or whatever else, I already said I will cease from it…but look at the BIG picture folks…..where can one find in the reports or statements made that indeed, that was all the evidence that was found and proves all your opinions to be sound. the answer to that is: NO WHERE. because it is still an ongoing investigation, the lack of evidence has yet to prove either/or. thats all I was saying. why can’t you get that. I was not saying the parents are innocent or guilty, or what was it that Shauncey somehow concluded from my former comments “condoning a murder of a baby”, i still have no idea where she got that from, all I am saying is that wait until the case is then presented and all evidence is accounted for, then make your accusations and judgments, however you like.

If anyone has read my earlier blogs on this site, they would see I have clearly stated that according to the facts one could conclude that one of the two parents must have been involved in the infliction of the blunt trauma. I made my comments on PTSD to clear up one bloggers misinformation about PTSD. I probably should have done that on a PTSD blog site.

I never once tried to imply that me being in the military provides any type of defense for Mr. or Mrs. Debelbot, nor have I attempted to correlate my opinion of his mental state with his capacity to commit this crime. i’d say…Guilty until proven innocent! Why? they both gave contradicting statements when interviewed. but more importantly, the baby was under the parents care when the infamous accident happen. mind you, I used the word acccident because I can’t say for a fact what happened. Case in point, parents could possibly be guilty for negligent homicide.

I guess I should amend my comment by specifying that what i meant regarding Anythoughts was that his/her comment expresses a good point that so far the easiest conclusion to come up with is parents are at fault since of course given what we know which is not alot, but he/she also specify’s that we “can’t say for a fact” and uses “accident” to describe his/her opinon , which is what Miss L has been repeating over and over that “facts are not all given” so don’t be so quick to comdemn but then again we can’t really defend, we all draw our conclusions differently and since we don’t have all the facts to make a well-rounded conclusion that is the most obvious fact that alot of you overlook and Miss L points out.

secondly, I was not “making a mockery” of what you had posted. I was merely pointing out the fact that you were contradicting yourself.
I am a mother too. My son is now nine months and he is my first baby. I fell in love with him from the moment I saw the ultrasound pictures so you could imagine that this “hit close to home with me” as well.
I completely understand what you and Miss L are saying about people jumping to conclusions and that not all the facts are given. My thing is – and this is like the hundredth time it’s being said not only by me but also by other commentators – there was no one else in the house. No one else was taking care of the baby. No one broke into the house and hurt the baby. There was NO ONE ELSE. So, I may be jumping to conclusions and my judgement might be biased but I don’t care. All I need to know is that there was NO ONE else in the house. That eliminates all probabilities that anyone else could have hurt this poor lil baby girl.
Also, it seems to me that some people are classifying this tragedy as an accident. If it was an accident, there are so many things that might have been done differently and there might have been a different outcome. Accident or not, the dirty deed was done… a crime was committed, blood was shed, a life was lost. No one but mom and dad had the opportunity and so one or both of them have got to pay.

Yes. this Blog is for Baby Mckenzy, May she rest in God’s Love and Peace. By the way Lavonna Mckenzy is a girl. It is horrible what happened to the innocent Baby. and I think It would be even more devastating to find that with out a doubt the Parents did it.
But I have yet to formulate my opinion on the Parents since I only have what I read from the news papers and internet articles to go on. My my my! its been awhile since ive been to this site and left my “last comment” because i was so disgusted about all the “negativity” (comments) towards this situation going on with OUR family. But I had to come back to give you all busy bodies an update to shut some of you up!
FYI: Albert has been released from prison! yes people its a fact! and i dont need to quote anybody or give you clips or docket court numbers or blah blah blah………….
He has been released because of new facts that the authourities have about the case, which only means that if they released him he is “INNOCENT” and did not purposely kill his own child! we know this because our family has been working hard to get to the bottom of this unfortunate situation!
Im not going to give details because it would be the same as feeding chum to a “circle of sharks” feeding frenzy for all your negativity…..and uncalled for comments when obviously most of you dont have any facts at all. So I will just let you all back at each other’s throats because i can see from what i just have read from the latest comments you are all getting quite personal with each other, what a circus……hahahhaha
In the meantime our family have come to peace with what has happened because we cannot go back and change anything and we have our few memories of our precious baby Mckenzy and she will be in our hearts forever!

Albert and Ashley are both still in JAIL, at the Muscogee County Jail (Albert was not in prison – which is where you go AFTER you have been convicted, you await trial in jail; there is a difference). Don’t let anyone that you believe a small minded or they are just here cause there’s nothing better to do or learn alone, so we can all share how innocent lives were taken or about to be taken.
The little angel is gone and we can’t bring her back by attacking each other. She will be missed by her family and especially her parents. One day we will all learned that we can’t live our lives without forgivness. A person that ca’t forgive is sure have a miserable life.
In an article that i read said, ” the police didn’t have no choice, but to charge them with murder.” Another said, that the mother stated that they or she (i will check it again) gave the baby a bath before they went to bed wich was around 11pm.
Now, i made my own conclusion (speaking about jumping to conclusion…:)..) based on the giving a bath part, that it was an accident and they freaked out or they didn’t think that the baby is hurt and put her to bed. they probably dropped the baby while bathing her or banged her head, but didn’t know it will be that serious. Remember these are young parents and that was their first time to bathe the baby.

I’m here, calmer. I did lose my cool. This shout goes out to baby Mc Kenzy, victim of a homicide. No matter how you slice it, this baby DID NOT die of SIDS. (not saying that anyone here says she did) Her head was BASHED in. Being that I don’t wan’t to offend anyone with my “vulgar behavior and language”, let’s all just assume baby Mc Kenzy did this to herself. I’m not sorry for caring for all of our victims here on “Bonnies Blog of Crime”. There’s plenty, baby MacKenzy doesn’t scratch the surface. (I’m pissed, and I never knew baby McKenzy) I’m furious, because this baby is dead and no one wants to come clean. The whole “bathtime theory” is just lost on me. Is it just me, or has anyone else here met a 3 day old baby who takes a bath in a REGULAR bath tub?? It just doesn’t happen. Moving on….. So we can all safely assume that if all charges are DROPPED aganist the parents, like I said in the beginning of my post, baby Kenzy bashed her OWN head in. That just goes back to common sense. There are so many repeated lines over and over. Who said that Palau is not exempt? so what? It’s a little island that everyone knows everyone and when it comes to a horrific things like this, people tend to deny because they know the person. You may think you know your family member/neighbor, but he/she might be someone that you never knew. Let’s not argue about race please. we all bleed red, have same organs, and breath the excat same air, but diffrent skin color and looks. Humans are not so perfect, we all make mistakes and some will try to cover their mistakes thinking that they can get away with it, but it only cost them more trouble.
Let us all let the little angel rest in peace because she needs to be in peace after all the horrible things that she had to face. we all have a reasons to be on this earth and the baby got hers too. i am not saying that the baby’s reason was to die, but it will make the whole family open their eyes to what’s reality are they in.
“Bathing theory” that is mine and i do believe that the parents are the one that has anything to do with the injuries. we can all have our own theory and pretend that we are sherlock holmes or murder she wrote to share what we think happened. Isn’t it great to share our theory before the trial? we could make bets on our theory.
for those that keeps saying god, god, god all over, please tell me why this god that loves us has to let horrible things to innocent babies. Look in the poor countries in the world. Can’t you see that htere a lots of babies dying everyday because of hunger. leave god out of this for awhile….i am begging you.

This for u all out there, every thing happens for a reason… no one should be judged, becuz only GOD can judge… he gives lives and take lives when ever he wants……. we actually don;t know wat realy happen only GOD who live in us always and forever…. Omenged and ur wife… if u know wat really happened with this situation u and ur wife are in…. start praying and seek the lord who is calling u… Honestly, i ve been there…. I was 19 when i gave birth to my child…. i couldn’t bare to see him in pain or crying. Babies are gods gift, god chose u to be a father and mother.. just like he chose mary who was a virgin to be a mother of Jesus…… we can compare reality and gods words…… becuz i ve givin my life to him….. and ive been blessed to much………. for those who jugdes and seeking justice……… thats not ur job….ur job is to live by the law…For mckenzi hi sweety…… i really feel sorry for her….. as i write this tears are falling and my heart is getting heavy as if something is on top of me…… 3 days old it might be an accident…. and u police and judges are wrong…. sometimes answers to ur questions mights seem right to u… but always no…… ask god for his knowledge and his wisdom for he will u the answer to that…. cuz palauans take their babies seriously, they put there babies as top the list priority……. im at no side at anyone cuz we all dont know all of it…….

Nobody says that young or old have the right to kill any babies. It is wrong to kill period. When you say that in Palau they won’t get a death penalty, you are right. In palau the system is the doing the right thing for those who kills to teach another that when they kill they’ll never come out of prison, it’s life without parole.
Don’t you get it, Death Penalty is unfair and expensive. please do some research on that. HOW CAN OUR SYSTEM TELLS US THAT MURDER/KILLING IS WRONG, BUT IT”S OKAY WHEN THE SYSTEM IS THE ONE THAT HAVE KILLED AND STILL GOING TO KILL THOSE EITHER GUILTY OR INNOCENT. Killing both parents wouldn’t bring the baby back, but another murder that we are going to hear and not complain.
I won’t be putting a bag over my head when i go to Palau because i am proud and i have to give my opinion on things that i believe is wrong or right. I have been trying to ask our leaders to make it a law that all the child molesters in Palau should have their pictures posted on a huge billboard to let the public knows who they are before they hurt another child. Well, they said that there are not that many yet for that and it’s about our culture (family matters stay within families). Well fuck that! It’s like we’re giving the perverts their freedom. Thank god that they get to stay in jail for a very long time
Now Albert’s mom, brothers, and sisters understand that treating others like you own them (oltengel a daob rar chad) will cost her a horrible thing that she never thought it will happen to her.

IF that baby was slammed to a wall, she would have a skull crack even insuries in the neck….. the babies head is still soft… did they find a crack skull or neck injuris, or brain bleeding, they only say its a large bump. like it was fallen from a building…….. come guys if a baby fallen frm a building she is in pieces….. its stupuid to compare a large bump and a crack head………

tru dat…… common sense…… i have a little son whos 1.8 years old….. he get a lot of bumps in the head….. he likes to climb around and kept on falling…… he gets big bumps but he has no cracks….. i wonder….. if they slammed that baby wouldn’t she havve cracks they never mentioned it. only large bumps….. like u said…… it might be an object falling to her head that caused the baby to have breathing problems….. so only bumps…..no craks, no blood, no clear evidence that the baby was abused…

You still do not get my point. Let me reiterate, you claim common sense but you lack common decency. I understand mayhap in your case that common sense and common decency don’t go hand in hand. common sense is being able to be practical and reasonable, and agree to disagree, those like you who are Quick to Judge and Condemn the parents based on the little info. you have and Those like me who would rather make a well-rounded informed decision counting on all the facts to be given and proven. that is all. so on the basis of alot of ppl who agree with me. BOTH MR. & MRS. WRE THE ONLY HUMANS WITH THE BABY AND THEY HAVE SAID IT. How can they not know what happened? Even if something fell on the baby they definately are aware of it. The bassinet is right next to their bed. So, if they are not to blame, can you give me an example of what could have happened to cause a blunt trauma injury on the baby?
What they did to me, is something that can’t be forgotten when i have to see it everyday and it’s none of your business. What goes around, comes around.

you’re a funny guy. I’ll pay for a huge billboards that will be in the middle of Koror and one in Babeldaob. I may still be a student, but believe me, i can pay for that. Are you that dummy to even mention amber alert. Little things that each of us can think of, can solve little problems.
Billboards will stop those that has kept hurting a child, because he/she is family member and we should just hush hush. i was so amazed that my professor in PCC was a child molester and that’s why i believe i have a right to know who are the people that i see everyday.

Actually, don’t believe everything you see on all of the CSIs, as that is Hollywood, not reality (even though they are great shows). Talk to any real crime lab and you will see. I have been to a lecture by a CSI group and they hate that people believe everything they see there. It makes their jobs alot harder.
In my opinion, if something fell on her, it would have been noticed and the parents should have said something. They didn’t. And that big something (a bookcase, a chair, a TV, etc.) would have been out of place as well. So no, I do not agree with you at all.

Uhm…what kind of doofus would put a baby’s bed under something that has potential to hurt the baby? It could be possible but I honestly don’t think that’s the case.
Now, Shy brought up an interesting point. Mom gave the baby a sponge bath. Maybe mom couldnt keep a good hold on baby and accidentally dropped her and maybe baby’s head hit something on the way down. This is a possibility too. BUT (emphasis on BUT) if this did happen then mom and dad should have called 911 AT THAT PRESENT TIME.
If it was an accident, they waited too long to report it. If it was an accident, maybe they were hoping that it wasn’t that bad.
But even if it was an accident something could have and should have been done/said sooner.
One of them is hiding something.

Do you understand what BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA is? The bumps that lovingu’s son gets from falling or running into things are minor injuries compared to BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA.
Nowhere does it say that the baby was slammed against the wall…it says that “her injuries are equal to that of being slammed against the wall or stomped in the head” (just kinda paraphrasing there)

Palau’s jail system is a joke. I’m willing to bet that no where else in this world are you gonna find prisoners driving ambulances and fire trucks. Oh and that 6 to 6 crap? That’s twelve hours that these people (prisoners) are set free into the community and I am not sure that they are being monitored. Oh and the death penalty? I believe that the only reason we don’t have the death penalty in Palau is because people are so afraid of executing their cousin, brother, sister, uncle, neighbor etc…
Don’t get me wrong. I love Palau and I’m the proudest Palauans there can be but I believe that the government and it’s officials are a big joke.

I’ve actually brought it up before with a few members of the police force and they say that these people (the ones driving the fire trucks and ambulances) are in jail for minor offenses and were only given the jobs because they can be “trusted” and have been on good behavior. My whole thing is….if they can be trusted and are on good behavior then they wouldn’t be in jail in the first place…..

you are right about the jail and the prisoners and i don’t doubt that. That is the other problem that we the people of Belau should give our opinion to the leaders. The election is coming up, so everyone that are intrested in running are full of stupid promises. everywhere you go there’s always a corruption in their country that is done by the their own leaders. don’t you think that’s the other issue that had been put in the closet for a long time? Clemency are only for those that has someone related to them in the OEK and for those who get 6 to 6, the jail is overcrowded and it was the sentene that the judge gave them based on their crime or they are about ot be released because the 1/3 of their sentence is nearby. Did you know that some who comitted murder with a firearms were sentence only for the maximum years to posses a firearm which is 15 years with parole? well, they are out and they only served the 1/3 of that 15 years. I was not talking about how great the jail is. Iam against death penalty and i am glad it ain’t practiced in Palau. Did you hear about the chinese prisoner who escaped to china on the fishing boat? Guess, who helped him out? I’m not mentioning names because this is not about who said who did, it’s about how can we help our people to understand that everywhere you go there will be the bad fruit.
Innocent life was taken, and none seem to see that the baby was with the parents at all times. They know what happened, but they probably scared to say and doesn’t know that this only cost them more trouble. For driving fire trucks and ambulance, those are the trustees that went through several trainings to do the job. Who can do that job? No one is applying for the position because noone have that experience. Maybe there are some out there, but why can’t they fight for the position that htey deserve? Answer, I don’t know, but i think they got no guts. Milong committed a murder and have shown that he did an aweful thing, so to be able to give back he was the only one that went through trainings to become a medic for a very long time.
What you expect the leaders to do? Do you even care to share your concerns and question each candidate on what they can do? Okedyul a beluu is where to go. Sen. Asanuma always reply to any concerns and the only one that join the forum even olekoi’s forum too. this sites are the best ever to know things that we are not aware of.
and about death penalty, we are not and can’t afford death row. It’s not about afraid or shame to kill whoever. it’s about how expensive and wrong to kill someone that committed murder, because it can’t stop anyone from comitting a crime. We don’t have that much money in gov. to execute someone. Do you think killing has stopped the baby killers, rapist, and etc. NO! there are still alot doing it.

Alot of officers were not that eligible to be a policeman/women, but join the police academy that’s why there has been siut on some of them for unlawful arrest they done. they don’t know alot about criminal justice but they are lucky to be on that position cause they got connections. Same as Albert’s brother who work at OEK, he got the job because a former senate got him in returned of all the campaign help he did. CORRUPTION! CORRUPTION!

The death penality wouldn’t be so expensive if they didn’t let these asshole languish there for 15 or 20 yrs while WE the people pay. I for one do believe in the death penality. I agree there is “bad fruit” everywhere. My opinion is some people DESERVE to be put to death. Example: A person kills someone and receives lets say, 10 yrs in prison. He gets released, then brutally murders a member of YOUR family. (after he has already been to jail for murder) Would you change your mind about the death penality then? If no, then what would it take?? I’m asking Busonge, because the example I just gave you happens all the time. Some killers are beyond help and they will tell you straight up that if they are released they will kill again. Don’t you think a person like that deserves death?

that’s why we have to redo penalties of murderers like LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE! Look no one kills and get less than 25yrs. It is expensive because death row inmates always reappeal their cases. do some research shauncy before you write something down. This is a long argument and i ain’t spending my time replying to answer your question. Palau can’t even afford death row. How can palau have death row while the jail (funny because that is it) is overcrowding.
In california we are sending prisoners elsewhere because there are too overcrowded and to build more prison is not going to happen. Do research on how much San Quetin prison (death row) spent and you can see what i am saying.
Killling is wrong like your bible say, so NOONE can kill and that include those that think they have that right to do which is the system.
Killers that will do the same killing should be in prison for the rest of their lives. There are just too many things about death penalty to didcuss here. talking about killers what about perverts? what i think is they should all be in one prison where it’s miserable (death valley) till they die. Did you know that in prison they eat, drink, shower, socialize, have visitors and someone is guarding them. Prison should be a miserable palce that noone wants to go and the crime will be less. My tax dollars are spent there. Get real!

If we are going to kill someone in death row, why do we let them live for more than 2 yrs. isn’t that the stupidiest thing to have death row. we let them live for 25yrs spending alot of money to make sure they are full and electric bills are paid for what? if they got death sentence why not execute them right away? In my country you say, “Now you have to stop witht that. It depends on your lawyer and prosecutor. A good lawyer can get you out of a crime you comitt and a stupid prosecutor will let you free.
Answer to your question, YES! it wouldn’t bring back someone i loved and i will go to all parole dates they have to make sure he can be free. I want that person to suffer in prison for a freakin long time. How many people we have execute for a crime that they never commit? robbery that gone wrong will cause someone’s life that was not inteded. Now there are alot diffrent ways someone died and whoever decide that a murderer is okay to be freed should be liable for it.
Personally, you can’t and i can’t change the way we all think and what we believe in and i respect you for your opinion on death row and it’s your right, but does it make any diffrence to kill the killer.

Everyone in here agrees that this is terrible tragedy, that Poor Baby Mckenzie will not be given the chance to grow up and live her life. WE ALL agree on that one Major fact. HOWEVER just because someone wants to see all the facts and evidence proven, or someone really feels that their history or relation with the parents have them formulate different ideas, for the record: does not make them supporters of murder or murderers!!!! give me a break.

It was a 3 day old infant that was murdered. A human being. And now her parents are charged with her murder. They were the only 2 people in the home at the time. i am friends with Orph (albert’s sister) and i hope she doesn’t read anything that will hurt her more.
I am not on anybody’s side because i believe that it’s not right to judge a book by it’s cover until you give it a try. I am saying this cause i just don’t want to be attacked on my sympathy to a friend of mine. I feel terrible for my friend who lost a niece and a brother in a bad situation and i can’t do anything to help, but wish her a good health and your niece is the lovely angel now and she is your guardian angel. Be strong for your mom too.

If you are trying to imply that it was an accident, contact the coroner, whose findings do not suggestion or even imply that it could have been an accident. If you believe that the parents are innocent, that is your right. But please don’t come here and try to push your view. This is the wrong place for it. Well, i read the article on the site mentioned above and it make me believe that the baby was dropped while bathing (an accident that was not intended), but the parents didn’t think it will be that serious or got scared by the whole situation, that is why they didn’t know what happened.
Accident happens everyday either intentionally or no intention and please know that humans do freaked out and it’s not their intention to lie, but the fear is too much for them so they say something not to cover up, but someone that has to face a horrible thing that they can’t believe happened will just use “i don’t know.”
If they say what happened (accidently or not), it may not be acceptable to our eyes and ears, but put yourself first in their shoes and think what would you feel if it was you. Don’t tell me you’ll never done it or you will tell the truth if it was accident. Stage of intense fear in others can be unexplainable.
I put myself in the baby’s shoes and i don’t like it for not knowing why, know it’s too painful, and if my parents want me dead what did i do to them to hurt me, i will never get to know grannys and granpys, who’s looks i got, and etc. it’s not fair for me to be brought up and be hated so much that i’ll end up dead. And if it was an accident, i will be looking at my parents and understand that they loved, never meant to hurt me, i’ll be crying everyday that i see them suffer, and i forgive them. I am innocent and precious and wether everyone like or dislike my parents, god will teach me to forgive and all the love i will be filled with.
little angel is gone and we should mourn wehter we are family or not and be peaceful because we can’t bring her back and the parents need help in alot aways. Be patient and don’t hate just because someone is wrong and appreciate that baby MD is in heaven.

What is foolish is to come here and talk about what a “great guy” Albert is when he is IN JAIL because his child substained injuries consistant with MURDER. That’s why emotions are high here. I don’t think you should feel bad at all for trying to comfort your friend. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. And you said it well.

I really commend you on your blogs and the allowance of free speech among all the commentators has been quite heated but I believe everyone in here has justified opinion. I look at it on a totally relevant but unconventional scope. yes this blog is for the dearest baby Mckenzie whose death is both tragic and devastating. I read Shy’s recent post where she shared an interesting article, however not related to the crime gave insight to the probability of opinions given of a good number of the commentators and might I add the great debate. the way I see it is I hope and (i know there are those that will not agree, however your entitled to yours as I am to mine) as I was saying I hope that Baby Mckenzie’s parents were not intentionally responsible for the death of their child, because I am thinking of Baby Mckenzie, I would hope that by some rare unexplained occurance or another that what happened was unintentional and that the parents I am sure were not willing participants in the demise of their beloved child. I am well acquainted with Both of the parents, If I ever saw two ppl so excited for the arrival of their baby and the growth of their family it would have to be the Debelbots. Now Bonnie, I know in your response to shy’s post you said that this is a blog for the Victim whose parents are charged for her death, that is a fact, however the Victim as innocent as she was I do hope that in her 3 days of life knew nothing but Love from her parents who gave her life. that is my Hope for the Victim. Yes maybe he’s a good person. But you have to remember that he’s seen things, been places and experienced things that might very well made an impact on him as a person.
A good person would not murder an innocent lil baby. A good person would not cover up or hide anything from justice.

If this situation was in your family, what would you do and do you want any negative things that been said and written all over? Your answer might be, “I’ll let the law do it’s work” and guess what you don’t know that. If your little precious and innocent niece, nephew, cousin, and etc. was murdered, she will be missed the most and for god sakes, it doesn’t mean that we are not being fair for not mentioning her. I can really say they (parents) are innocent or guilty, because i get to get my facts and before i criticize i put myself in that situation.
I, Shy is the Prosecutor, the Defender, the Jury, and the Judge. There are alot of posibilities on what could happened at home (intetionally or not) and we don’t know that yet. This blog is all about one side (guilty) that know their answer before the investigation is done. One news about this and you all jump to say, “Guilty or Innocent” base on “There were the only one.” I understand that part, but not yet for me to judge.
Sweet little girl MD will be missed ( of course, who doesn’t beleive that she deserve to live) and if there is truly a god i hope he’ll teach her to “forgiive, love, and thank them either their guilty or not.

You know what? I didn’t ask him to risk his life for mine. I didn’t ask him to enlist into the army. This doesn’t mean that I’m not appreciative of his service to the US and I might be insensitive by saying this but if he did die then maybe this poor sweet baby would have had a chance at life.
Sure he did an honorable thing by enlisting and fighting for the good cause (whatever the hell that maybe now-a-days) but all of that was canceled out when baby Mckenzy was brutally murdered.
Oh and another thing…I am a Palauan…born and raised. So all this nonsense about him serving my “f*ckn country” and your foul-mouthed ignorance needs to check yourself.

First of all, what does listening to Bob Marley have to do with caring about the victim? And yes, poor baby was MURDERED. I’m sorry but no matter how one looks at it, no matter how many possibilites or scenarios there might be, it was MURDER. It could have been intentional or it could have been unintentional…but it’s still murder.
Secondly, it has happened to me where a person dear to my heart was murdered by someone who, up until that point, was a good friend of mine. And so I’ve actually lived through this. If you go back through all my posts, I NEVER once said that Omenged or Ashley were horrible people. I’ve said things to the effect that what happened to baby was horrible….I may be forceful and hell bent on my opinion that one or both of them are guilty but not once did I say what kind of people they are.
And lastly, I am being so bold because I am SURE that one or both of them are responsible. One has to be blind and stupid to not be able to think this one through. I am being bold because I believe, in my heart of hearts, that one or both of them are guilty. But if it should happen that I am proven wrong (which I highly doubt) and that these parents did not harm their baby then I will admit I was wrong and apologize. I just hope you don’t hold your breath on this one…

They cared about their child but unfortunately, something happened to their child and the doctors what so ever wanted to get to the bottom of things, which cause more accussations. All the journalist and staff are just giving out the juicy detail. There’s a lot of stories out there similar to this one in which the parent is the suspect but it takes years for the evidence to prove them innocent……!!….

You HAVE to be kidding me Proud Palaun. I don’t think it’s gonna take years for authorities to prove this one. Matter of fact, the culprits are ALREADY in jail, where they belong. There’s no need to sugarcoat ANYTHING. No one should need any crime scene photos, proof of fingerprints, samples of hair, etc… All you need here in this case is common sense. I’ve said it time and time again and I will keep saying it. You don’t have to be a Harvard graduate to figure this out. You people are talking about wait for the evidence, they’re both innocent. Then why, may I ask, are they in jail? Answer: They were the ONLY people with baby Kenzy when she died. Do I need to say it slower? All they had to do was come clean, if it was an accident, then SAY so. They put themselves in this position by not being honest about what happened to that baby. Now baby Kenzy (thats what I call her) is dead, and somebody needs to pay for that, no excuses.

What if it was a murderer that sneaked into their home and killed the baby? That’s possible,this is America. I’d like to think that’s what happened.
I didn’t hear about this incident until just yesterday.It’s so sad,just to imagine a precious little baby,that was killed so brutally.I actually cried,as I was reading all these.
Now,as a Palauan,I know that Omenged is being talked about constantly.I know that when people run into his family,they’re going to talk about it among themselves.
His family are going through a rough time.Not only are they sad for the baby,that they probably never even met,but they are also afraid that Omenged may be sentenced to ..who knows how long in prison.
Crazy things like this don’t need to happen.It ruins alot of lives,not just one or two,but alot.I wonder how this happened?It’s hard to believe that Omenged would put himself in a situation like this.I apologize if this is going to sound prejudice (to some people) but I think that if Omenged’s wife was Palauan,then this thing wouldn’t have happended.
This whole thing,to me,was probably an accident.Since it happened in the middle of the night,I’m guessing whoever was tending to the baby,(possibly diaper change) was half asleep and accidently dropped the baby on the floor.A mother needs a lot of rest,especially in those early days.When the baby sleeps,the mother sleeps too,so she can have energy to feed,nurse,and nurtue her baby.A baby McKenzy’s age is suppose to feed every 2 hours.There should’ve been a family member from Ashley’s side,there with her. I understand that she just gave birth so she was probably tired.And I think from exhaustion,that’s what led to carelessness, which led to killing the baby.

if i ever offended you or anything i said, i want to say sorry. i know that i have been banned, but i am not like some that will use diffrent isp or pretend to be anyone. the website i posted was not my intention or am i being unfair for the loss of a innocent life. i posted it, because it is frustrating when it is obvious WHO WERE THERE when the incident occur. The media i posted is a challenging argument since there are alot of WHAT IF and people involved (hospital) and got dismissed with no good explaination. It is so sad when even now the justice have not been serve and that is what i am worried about WHAT IF this case will be dismissed and i can’t stand it. Like, i said before, i am not or have or will be judging yet, but i want the baby to be able to get the justice she deserve and will be resting in peace. I, Shy is the the PROSECUTOR, the DEFENDER, the JURY, and the JUDGE. It may not be clear to REGGAE what i posted that is why he thinks i don’t get the simpliest argument that and I DOUBT that they DIDN’T KNOW what happened. The part that they said, WHO WOKE WHO, can’t be because they were confused due to this horibble incident and it is not argueable. They know 100% WHO WOKE WHO. Even i mentioned giving a bath and I have an 8 mos. girl now, and there is no way or i ever gave her a bath at 11pm or later than 8pm. well, some are diffrent in away of doing things.

Look,this whole thing is nothing new to the American society.But to the Palauan society? It’s like a total shock!Sure,babies have died in Palau,but not like how McKenzy died.And for that reason,it’s very hard for me to believe that Omenged would murder his child.He’s got to be INSANE to do something like that.

If, you love someone that much to take the bullet for an accident death than say it was not intentional, so it will be easier punishment then intent murder.
Second,when you say ALL YOU PALAUANS, i am a Belauan and i don’t believe that back home young kids are infleunce by perjudicism. DON’T forget how we treat our foreign workers or should i say slaves. And did you know that there was a small grave that was on the side of the Babeldaob road that has a baby in a big jar and no one knew, so they point a finger to the foreign workers? Now, crime are everywhere and believe me, i never thought that perverts exist in Belau, but now i do. Baby Killers and Perverts are the same to me and they should be sent to TIMBAKTU.

I used to live in Oahu a couple of years ago. During that one year that I stayed there,there was news every few months about African-American soldiers,killing or abusing their children. I want you to reflect on that statement you made. You’re right. Because of the freedom of speech, you are allowed to say whatever you want, however you want but there is a line that you crossed here. Racial comments, remarks, slurs and stereotypes are regarded as taboo because they can inflict so much pain and cause so much anger. I’m trying so hard not to judge you but I must say that your statement shows your ignorance. Let’s put it this way. Imagine if you overheard someone calling you or someone you love an effin’ something or another. How would that make you feel?
We Palauans don’t have a history as heart-breaking as a lot of other ethnicities do, but like other ethnicities, we are a proud people. I am proud to be Palauan like my neighbor is proud to be white like his neighbor is proud to be Mexican and so on and so forth…
I know that we are all trying to think of all the possible things that might have happened to result in Baby’s death and I think this is because we are all trying to make sense of the incident. We ask ourselves “how could this happen?” “How could someone be so cruel and heartless?” As loving parents and as compassionate humans, we find it hard to fathom the level of evil an individual has who can hurt their own child.
Let’s continue to pray – as Baby McKenzy’s “soldiers” – that justice be served, true and swift so Baby McKenzy can rest in peace in the arms of God and his Angels.
