    To family and friends of this talented young person,

    I left my favorite possession, my Dorfman Pacific Headwear Hat at his memorial site
    I did not meet this young man, but as a fellow UCer, I felt compelled to pay tribute to a young man who could have been the best and brightest of the future, and as a youngish guy myself I mourn the loss of anyone with a bright future ahead of them

    I hope that his family find some solace in the outpouring of grief that I saw and that his memory lives on to caution against the use of senseless violence

    Chris was my friend from our pre teens to manhood. he was such a real person no bs. he was so impressive at whatever he did, not saying it came easy. He worked his ass off for all his achievments. was always there to help out anyone that was in need. A few newspapers made me sick the way they spoke of my friend. Saying he was a ritch spoiled kid. he was from a middle class neighborhood in Bellflower California not ritch by no means. A class act kid that was out to change the world. This has affected so many people that loved him. we think about him everyday, missing him everyday, knowing hes not coming back kills us. This person that took my friends life. i hope they throw the book at you. So every day you can think of what you did to Chris. he isnt innocent at all. he took a knife and put it in chris’s chest. all those people that are saying free this guy need to know one thing. your friend is still alive!(a murderer) my friend is gone, never are we gunna here from him again. Chris went out on top and we miss you and love you man, until we reunite.
