In my opinion, this tells me that the NYPD is basically untouchable. They can do as they please. This man was shot about 50 times. Isn’t that OVERKILL?

If these are the people who are supposed to be protecting us, I fear for my life. Any intern out of the second year of law school could get a guilty verdict on this case. Why is justice not being served?

This is horrifying, an outrage! I agree. It looks like they are untouchable. Who was the presiding judge?? Guess it doesn’t really matter, their all in it together. How did they come to this conclusion? Injustice doesn’t even begin to describe this.

The NYPD is looking for a few good men. Requirements, must be willing to shoot to kill innocent minorities in urban crime ridden areas. Pay per kill incentive bonus. Cops have a ‘License to kill’ as soon as they put on a uniform. My brother was shot down by a cop too, and got by with it.
