OK, I will be the first to comment. What a pathetic excuse of a man Cesar Rodriguez is. How in the hell can he blame that beautiful child for her own murder? SHE WAS A CHILD. A child who ’steals’ yogurt is STARVING. And how can a father place his own wants over his child? I am here at work just crying over this. Good thing everyone else has left!

What a beautiful little girl…ALL children are beautiful and a gift from God. We are given these children to raise and nurture–for the life of me I just can’t understand this. My heart is broken. The only solace I have is knowing that little Nixzmary is with God now and is receiving the kind of love she never got while she was here on earth.

I remember reading about this in the paper. I was so shocked to find out that any child’s parents would do that to her. I think Nixzmary’s parents deserve every form of torture and pain that can be given to them. I agree with Tami and I’m just glad to know that at this very moment she is recieving the love & affection she never got while she was here on Earth. Her parents are so glad that I have never met them, because if i did, I would seriously knock some sense into them. Those jerks. RIP Nixzmary Brown.

There will be a special brand of justice waiting for him once he is within the walls of prison. Inmates don’t care much for people who abuse and murder children. He will be on the receiving end of the torture he dispensed to his beautiful, innocent step-daughter.

I don’t understand how a mother would let anyone beat thier child to death. And then go shoping with her other five kids and her husband and leaving the little girl dieing in the apt alone. If I was I a Judge I would keep both parents locked up for life in prison and have them get tied to a chair and beaten the same way they did to Nixzmary and also have them starved to death. That’s what I would do if I was a judge. They should suffer the same way the little girl did. I hope they die in hell.

I Feel so bad for this little girl. i am a child too and i cant EVER imagine going through the pain and Misery that those two MONSTERS put her through. If i was the judge they wold get lide in prison. How could a mother go on with her life knowing that she hurt a little girl, which she brought into this world. If Nixzmary had a mother who cared, she would still be on this earth. She is lucky now, she is free of ALL stress that she would endore on this planet

These two should die immediatly. They should not be allowed to breath one more breath! They should have shot them both during or after the trial. If I ran the justice system I’d kill them all. I’d be on a killing spree. Ridding the world of these monsters. I should be asked if I want to pay to keep these monsters alive. I should have a say where my tax dollars go. It would be a HELL NO. Kill the scum.
