You are funny.. I read alot of this just to see what you have wrote.. You tell it like it is and that is cool.. I like people who don’t hold back.. if you think it then you should say it..
well i am a family friend of the defended, and i know this is hard on his family ,and my heart go out to both families, nailah family you are always in my prayers my god bless you and keep you strong amen.
I want to know why he killed nailah? What reason would he have for murdering her and leaving her body in the woods, lying to the police, and trying to make it look like she was alive on the very day he murdered her. I know it must be hard on his family. The evidence from the FBI and Police is overwhelming and puts him as the murderer. He stalked Nailah for 2 days before he killed her. What an animal! Mr Potts will never see the outside again. Such a violent man!
His children will never grow up and know there father.
My prayers are with Nailah’s family and The Potts family for what he is putting his family through.
ONE THING IS FOR SURE WE WILL NEVER FIND OUT WHY PEOPLE KILL,SOME PEOPLE JUST SNAPPS, BUT THE MORE A HEAR ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION,THE MORE SADDER IT GETS,THATS WHY ,AS WOMEN WE NEED TO GET TO KNOW THE PERSON YOU ARE DEALING WITH,REPORT ABUSE,AND POLICE NEEDS TO TAKE 911 CALL WITH ABUSE A LOT MORE SERIOUS,NAILAH FELT THEATING BY POTTS AND REPORTED IT AND IT REALLY HELPED IN FINDING HER KILLER,AGAIN MY HEART GO’S OUT TO THE FRANKLIN FAMILY,AND PLEASE LET GOD GIVE YOU PEACE AND HAPPINESS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON,AND THE SAME FOR THE FAMILY OF R. POTTS
My sympathy lies with the family of the victim. There is no justice for leaving someone nude in the wilderness for days. To show you how much remorse he has, he could have called anynomously to her discovery. No sentence rendered by any court can truley compensate for the lost of a promising young black woman. The compassion that his family gets is the fact that they can still see him, touch him, and hear his voice. What about the Franklin family. One way or the other he’s going to get what he DESERVES!! Amen.
Nailah’s Family,
Although it’s truley dark right now and you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, find peace in knowing that complete strangers are praying for you and we feel your pain. They say, time heals all wounds. I disagree, especially when it’s a loved one. Let Nailah’s demise be your strength and the glue that brings your family together. She didn’t deserve what the devil did to her on earth, but she is in a kingdom safe awaiting the day when she sees you again.
Hold on to God’s hand. He will never forsake you.
This is just a sick bastard that needs to have Nailah’s family (everyone one of the Franklin’s) beat the HELL out of him.. To the point that he begs.. I mean begs to live. At that point, maybe a lethal injection can be administered..! OK.. that may not be possible but at least it would make them feel soooo much better in the long run.
FIRST OF ALL,MY HEART GO OUT TO THE FRANKLIN FAMILY I AM SO SORRY THAT THIS HAPPEN,SHE WAS A BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY.WE ARE JUST DEEPLY SAD ABOUT THIS,THEIR ARE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW WE ARE DEALING WITH THIS IT JUST HURTS ME TO MY HEART,I AM SO ASHAMED,FRANKLIN FAMILY YOU ARE ALWAYS IN MY PRAYERS MAY GOD KEEP YOU STRONG AND JUSTICE WILL BE DONE AMEN
So unnecessary so senseless this murder of a beautiful young woman who had so much going for herself is disturbing. This horrible crime has even touched the hearts of people as far as Californian. God Bless the victims family you will be constantly in the prayers of many.
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
It’s always does skinny big head mutts dat think they can threat/beat/kill women! He problee mad at women cause he got treated like on in jail.
Nailah Franklin has been an inspiration to me. I heard this story awhile ago and never forgot about her. It touched me to the point where I named my newborn daughter after her. One who succeeds/ or successful is the meaning of Nailah. Even though I didn’t know her personally I know she was a beautiful person. Why do evil people get to live and wreak havoc on innocent people while innocent lives are messed up or lost? I’m still trying to figure that out.
Please remember when leaving a comment on my blog that all comments are subject to the blog owners discretion. I do believe in freedom of speech, however, that right is not absolute. Here are the rules:
1 - I will not tolerate hate filled speech or derogatory remarks about a victim. I will remove comments that go against this. I will not remove comments just because they do not match my beliefs, in fact, I welcome them! However, that being said, I will remove those that I find offensive, argumentative just for the sake of starting an argument that does not add to the post, hate-filled speech, etc.
2 - Please remember to not use all CAPS or capitalize the beginning letter of every single word or every other word, or use IM/text abbreviations (except like LOL). Please have respect for other readers and type words out. Not everyone is into that and it is inappropriate here.
