I cant get this child out of mind and heart. Somehow, I feel we all failed him in every way possible.
They will not be punished enough for their crime. I will stay posted.

Why did that piece of crap that murdered little Zina get arraigned so fast and the evil spawn that murdered Chandler get to languish in jail until August for a preliminary hearing ?
I do not intend to let this childs death be forgotten…. where were all of the people who spoke at his funeral and have been interviewed, where were they when he needed them…..?

What is our justice system coming to when two evil people get away with murder of a child!!!!! We are paying for them to sit in jail until they get convicted so they will probably only spend like 10 years in prison than serve only half their sentences and be free again to live their lives!!!…. But chandler wont because social services did nothing about it!!! SHAME ON THEM FOR NOT PROTECTING THAT LITTLE BOY!!!!! May god have mercy on your souls and i hope they all realize the hurt and pain that they have caused and i hope those two murderers get the death penalty…..WE CAN ONLY HOPE!!!

I had to pray when I read this story, nothing less than the very same treatment would be the respectable punishment for those to murderers Sarah and Jon. YOU Have to be a low down good for nothing to starve a child to death. Have you ever been hungry for more than a day–I have and it really hurts, physically hurts. Give them slow starvation for 9 months to a year,no water, no food until they cried for hours and the jailer got tired of hearing the cries the could have some oatmeal–no water. Then when they stank so bad a prison guard could give them a cold shower and repeatedly hit both Jon and Sarah in the head and when bath time was over if there were som clean clothes they could dress and go back to there closet with fresh kitty litter in there box so they could sit uncomfortable for days sleep and smell their own bodily refuse. Naww that still may not be equal to how terrified and scared that little boy may have felt–I wonder if he thought that no one cared, I wonder if he prayed for food, love or understanding. I wonder if he still dreamed of heros and hoped that one would save him. I have pray when I think about him–because It hurts me that people could be so cruel to somone so helpless. I pray that every day that Jon Phillps and Sarah Berry live is HELL and I hope that there prison mates give them hell and that still may be too kind.
I know Chandler is in a Better place–but it ticks me off because he was supposed to be in this place, living his one life, laughing , growing and being whomever he was supposed to be. Rest Easy Chandler.

This is one of the saddest stories I ever had heard. The one thing I can’t understand is how someone can make their child go to bed hungry? How can someone let them go all day long without eating? I know kids going hungry is not a rare thing.. I know of kids that are in my girls school that eat better at school than they do at home but why would you let one die from hunger? I pray the other baby is safe and gets his little belly so full that he can’t walk for an hour… Take care baby, I hope your aunt get custody of you and feds you..

I read this painfully sad article today at work, I couldn’t hold back the tears. What a monster of a father it sickens me that anyone would harm a child led alone there own. May his soul rest in peace, and his Death never forgotten.

Why did they do this? Truly evil and lost souls. I also find it disgusting that the defense attorney claims undetected diabetes. 37 pounds ladies and gentleman. How do lawyers like this sleep at night? The crime is how well our criminals are defended these days it seems. It’s getting harder and harder to put them away.

This is incredibly tragic. Exactly what would motivate any human to treat a child like this, much less two. There is something seriously wrong here, an evil that exceeds the capacity of normal humans. We are all enraged by this act, but I think these two should be really studied, and try to understand the dynamics, drugs or other “demons” that lead to this, to prevent another child, with some other “gaurdians” from suffering the same fate.

Now the two CPS workers that left him with Jon Phillips should be punished with the loss of their jobs.
Then deny the suits of Tina Grafner and Josh Norrish. Blood money. Dominick deserves the money for his anguish over his brothers death.
