You may call collect or call me and I will call you back. Heather’s birthday is April 25. It would be a wonderful present to finally know where she is and to have her home. I miss her more every day.   6. I already knew about the Shively girl and did get Heather’s dental records sent there months ago. The girl was not Heather. I believe if Heather is dead, she was ran over and she is buried in concrete. That is what we have heard consistently thru the years. In 98, a girl was actually changing her son’s diaper when the brother-in-law of Dill came in and announced that Heather was accidentally ran over when she jumped from the vehicle. KSP DID NOTHING!! Heather was in the red Chevette and ‘they’ allowed the car to be taken away without searching for any evidence of Heather being in that car…and SHE WAS IN THAT CAR! I cannot even imagine how different our lives would be had we found Heather in 98….almost 10 yrs ago……I continue to beg the ones in charge to do the right thing. I continue to look for the two girls that saw the red Chevette on the beach near the Bronco the day Heather was taken away. She was still alive at least 2 hours after the reported abduction…WHY weren’t road blocks put up? A KSP was right there……………Someone knows where Heather is. The widow and her husband and the brother-in-law…they probably all know. May God just have mercy! Heather birthday is April 25. Pray for us as it will be a most difficult day. We miss her and just want her home. They don’t understand that we need to know.
